之前已經有聽過呢一間舖頭,不過一直冇留意,亦都冇去開。今日咁啱經過太子,冇特登搵呢間舖頭,咁啱經過見到呢間舖頭就即刻入咗去,記得大家都推介原粒杏仁酥,諗都冇諗就買咗啦,包裝好精美,不過應該有落防腐劑,擺到超過半年。除咗杏仁酥,店舖最出名好似仲有燕窩糕,不過自己唔係特別有興趣,所以冇買到返去嘗試。舖頭好多產品全部都唔貴,而且適合長輩,年輕一代亦都有機會可以作新嘗試,行開經過可以多入去望一望試吓。下次經過都會再買再幫襯

唔知幾時開始有好多享負盛名嘅老店, 被食評家彈到一文不值,或是主持人退休光榮結業,令到揾食肥華呢類尋找老味道嘅為食友,若有所失, 呢間有近百年歷史嘅陳意齋 在港島設舖時,揾食肥華已經時常搭車搭船專程誠去光顧購買佢哋嘅蝦子扎蹄,用來作送禮或自己享用 雖然佢哋嘅蝦子扎蹄售價係比坊間一般齋舖貴但味道又真係好食好多, 所以数拾年前若肥華要買扎蹄送禮或自食,肥華寧願付出多啲交通費及時間都要到港島光顧此店,直至此店终於猛龍過江,在九龍太子港鐵站附近開設分店,令到肥華 再不用長途跋涉才享用到此美食

之前有朋友送左包素鵝同蒜蓉花生,食落感覺不錯,尤其素鵝很係會食唔停,而且又近屋企,所以去幫襯下今次買左佢嘅棋子餅同陳皮棋子餅同普通既杏仁餅口感差唔多,而且比較甜左少少陳皮就超級伏呀,咸到飲左成杯水都沖唔曬d咸味,真係食唔落,最後好浪費咁扔咗因為蝦子札皮好多好評,我仲有試佢用腐皮包蝦子既卷物,可能抱太大期望,唔係想像中咁好食,不過都唔難食,只係覺得一般般總括嚟講,除咗素鵝同花生🙊其他野應該唔會再試

因為蝦子札皮好多好評,我仲有試佢用腐皮包蝦子既卷物,可能抱太大期望,唔係想像中咁好食,不過都唔難食,只係覺得一般般

話說十月時為左買手信送俾台灣朋友而發現陳意齋原來係老字號,送左的蝦子花生同杏仁餅俾朋友,順便買左的雞仔餅同杏仁餅孝敬母親。自從十二月從北海道返香港,一星期後就開始喉嚨痛,後尾變埋感冒,反覆一直咳,到一月中又再扁桃腺炎發高燒加感冒,加上狂咳不止,就算睇左中醫,藥效顯著,但食左藥兩個鐘就又咳,早又咳晚又咳,苦不堪言。忽然諗起陳皮可以止咳,就去陳志齋睇下有冇,竟然真係有! 個名叫川貝舊陳皮,其實仲加左甘草。喉嚨一痕起上黎真係咳唔停,拎一片用滾水沖,篤散塊陳皮,飲左就即刻止到咳起碼一兩個鐘。如再咳就再沖黎飲,我估飲飲下就應該斷尾啦掛~

呢度嘅扎蹄真係要一食再食!

已經唔知第幾次幫襯喇...
記得第一次買嘅時候,
見佢有原味扎蹄 同 蝦子扎蹄,
都係一樣$16一條,就各要左一條試下,
發現真係只差蝦子嘅味道,
自此我每次都買蝦子扎蹄。抵啲丫嘛🙊⋯⋯

講番扎蹄嘅味道,
鍾意食腐竹腐皮嘅人 應該都會鍾意食扎蹄。
係好厚實嘅腐竹...入口好易咬開,
加埋香口嘅蝦子味,真係一流!
有時唔剪開,我仲成條咬,
又別有一番滋味!


我每次去都會帶自己嘅食物盒去裝,
而姨姨亦都好樂意放入去。
真係行過路過都要買番條食!

今次係食到尾聲先記得影相添呀⋯⋯
因為真係好好味!

蝦子扎蹄既做法都好考師傅工夫,全人手製造,條條都一樣重量大細,唔好睇佢細細條,入面有三層腐皮,要續層續層塗上秘製醬汁,加上蝦子,再用繩扎好,唔怪得食落好有口感,食完係會有飽既感覺。最喜愛蝦子,食落非常香口。扎蹄呢樣食物相信年輕人很少接觸,希望陳意齋扎蹄既手藝唔會失傳,我會繼續食多d
