唔知幾時開始有好多享負盛名嘅老店, 被食評家彈到一文不值,或是主持人退休光榮結業,令到揾食肥華呢類尋找老味道嘅為食友,若有所失, 呢間有近百年歷史嘅陳意齋 在港島設舖時,揾食肥華已經時常搭車搭船專程誠去光顧購買佢哋嘅蝦子扎蹄,用來作送禮或自己享用 雖然佢哋嘅蝦子扎蹄售價係比坊間一般齋舖貴但味道又真係好食好多, 所以数拾年前若肥華要買扎蹄送禮或自食,肥華寧願付出多啲交通費及時間都要到港島光顧此店,直至此店终於猛龍過江,在九龍太子港鐵站附近開設分店,令到肥華 再不用長途跋涉才享用到此美食
