無黎食一排,之前都OK既,尋晚兩個人去食,叫左鹽焗雞,蝦醬通菜煲同埋咸酸菜蒸黃花。鹽焗雞絕對唔係焗,只係鹽水雞再淋熱油整熱,雞肉好霖,霖到無晒口感,唔似食緊肉,好明顯係雪雞,仲要係雪左好耐,D肉都木晒。條黃花魚絕對唔新鮮,D肉好似粉咁,一D鮮味都無。反而通菜比較好,但都好咸,尤其最尾索晒D汁個D菜葉,咸到食唔到。無黎一排D食物質素差晒,以咁既價錢絕對唔抵食,以後唔會再黎啦。

* this has a strong pepper taste, quite good. The pork belly are quite chewy but due to the soup, a bit tastless by now. The soup is good for cold weather


"Lo sheung" wings + tofu
* this is so so

Fat Pork + "Mui" veggie
* This is sooooo GOOD, encore!! The dish is small though as they just put eveyrthing in the bowl. If there's more sauce, it would be even nicer


Mushroom and Tofu
* I like the tofu, not too many mushrooms actually. The taste is more of a cantonese style than chui chow. It's ok.

Seafood Korean on the rock
* This is VERY good!!! The seafood are good, the rice are soft and moist, the sauce is nice. Of course it's HKD97 a bit on the expensive side, but it's very good. I totally recommand this!!!

Deep fried chicken
* This is fine, normal standard deep fried spring chicken

salt baked chicken
*this is twice as expensive as they say it's those running on the ground chicken. WHAT? HKD88 for half? it's a bit insane! The taste is quite fresh and good, but i am not sure if it's worth that much.

2008-08 -19 今晚係東九龍摯友8月生日會大日子,適逢有同事响附近上堂,所以大家都搵個較就脚地方慶祝一番。一早我同同事買蛋糕想提早放入去(其他同事未到,加上唔想俾主角見到,所以就早啲收好.)點知一去到,個侍應話我哋有人嚟咗(冇理由,應該未有人嚟)點知原本酒樓「擺烏龍」同一晚有兩位同姓人訂枱,人數亦都一樣...)一去到我已經對咗資料先確定放蛋糕入去,但係啲侍應就自以為事服務...結果攪一團糟....(仲安排我哋唔一要根本唔夠12人嘅枱添~點坐...)冇幾耐,同事已經不耐煩搵經搵部長傾,部長表示係佢哋疏忽,會安排更好位置..點知等了又等都係一張位置唔好嘅枱... 算喇,陸續有同事嚟...攪咗咁耐,唔想再煩,於是就坐低揀餸!幾個同事都睇緊有咩好食之際,旁邊總有侍應响身後hardsell 套餐...我哋已經推了兩次佢都依然偽度sell,真係好煩...同事最後唔理會佢哋自行點餸(又唔係冇生意,周圍咁多人,你sell其他人喇,叫你換張好枱嚟又敷衍了事,,,弄得班同事好「激氣」....只於當時餸菜不過不失,未算叫做好特別...最有印象都係第一次食九肚魚烙...其他鹽焗雞同咕嚕咕嚕肉都可以..

上星期六左去鑽石山荷李活o嘅潮客飲茶. 去到已經成下午一點九, 重係好多人企響酒樓門口等位. 當時知客姐姐話要等十張枱, 我地見都好多人食完出來, 諗住都唔會好耐. 點知等下等下, 等到下午茶時段開始 (下午兩點半) 都未有位!!!!! 一行四人來到這裡晚餐...點了冬瓜盅, 半隻鹽焗雞, 鵝片, 煎龍利魚, 石鍋燒油麥菜 馬拉盞通菜...自備紅酒要收開瓶費 $30....鹽焗雞無乜味, 點了沙薑汁就好點...鵝片不過不失, 煎龍利魚幾脆, 不過伴碟的川椒葉是凍的.... 兩款菜都不錯, 味夠濃又入味...可是差吾多食完個冬瓜盅都仲未到...雖然通知左店員....但係都仲要等左好耐先有.... 味道很淡, 冬瓜未燉夠時間, 所以未夠"林".... 但服務都算好, 換碟沖茶都自動做...飯後點了甜品白果芋泥, 蓮子杏仁茶和椰汁紅豆糕, 好快就到... 杏仁茶一般, 紅豆糕好淡, 白果芋泥算是最好食了.不過星期日訂位要六點三食就早左點....其實都吾係要八點交枱, 可以比客人訂七點會好些.....

一家人到鑽石山廣場行街,晚上找地方吃飯時發覺到處也要等位;向幾間少人一點的地方試試,最後走進了這間"潮客".先說食物... 除了碟雞,其他份量都少了點...鹽焗雞 - 味道幾好,不會太鹹,可惜不夠熱. 雖則未至於是冷的,但給我感覺是曾放進微波爐叮過...幸好味道挽回一點分數.沙嗲牛肉煲和魚餅 - 味道都幾好,但沒有特別,牛肉煲如有粉絲更好.石頭馬拉盞油麥菜 - 賣相特別,可惜馬拉盞味道不夠突出,和一般炒菜沒有分別.再說服務...上菜速度奇慢,要三催四請才來... Order甜品時侍應說除了芋泥要等20分鐘外其他很快會有,結果我們order的綠豆爽過了20分鐘都未有! 一怒之下即時埋單走人.不會有下次.

先說食物... 除了碟雞,其他份量都少了點...
鹽焗雞 - 味道幾好,不會太鹹,可惜不夠熱. 雖則未至於是冷的,但給我感覺是曾放進微波爐叮過...幸好味道挽回一點分數.
沙嗲牛肉煲和魚餅 - 味道都幾好,但沒有特別,牛肉煲如有粉絲更好.
石頭馬拉盞油麥菜 - 賣相特別,可惜馬拉盞味道不夠突出,和一般炒菜沒有分別.

再說服務...
上菜速度奇慢,要三催四請才來... Order甜品侍應說除了芋泥要等20分鐘外其他很快會有,結果我們order的綠豆爽過了20分鐘都未有! 一怒之下即時埋單走人.

上兩個月老細請我地個組食飯, 我地有同事住鑽石山話呢度好食又抵食, 就決定唻試下, 順便幫老細懢住個荷包, 留返d錢落我地o既bonus度好過.我地10個人, 個晚點左個10-12人餐. 唔係好記得有咩, 不過印象中係有好多野食, 有白勺蝦, 潮洲鵝王拼盤(我唔食鵝, 唔知d鵝片得唔得), 四季豆炒貴花蚌(好多蚌), 竹笙翅, 炸子鷄(勁脆, 好得), 蒸斑, 瑤柱冬菇豆苗, 疑似西芹炒蝦仁... 仲有1,2個餸唔記得, 大約食左呢d, 我地係食唔晒架. 老細嫌個翅唔夠, 加多個木瓜盎翅(呢個好得, 勁好味, 帶點甜味又足翅) 總括唻講, 都幾好味. 埋單around$1800, 我覺得幾抵喎, 翅都有2大盤(仲要足料, 唔係話得個幾條絲), 算係咁~最後上左功夫茶比我地飲, 唔係好識飲中國茶, 好苦. 收晒碟之後我地仲一路歎功夫茶, 一路傾計傾左個幾2個鐘, 無人趕過我地走~

清明節果日同屋企人係拜山之後黎飲茶, 成個商場嘅酒樓都非常多人, 搵左呢間叫做少人d嘅都要等成個鐘. 好不容易先有位, 入到去就梗係第一時間叫野食啦. 蝦餃燒賣, 牛肉鳳爪呢d就一定唔少得. 原來呢間有幾多特色野食, 我地叫左鵝片, 鴨舌拼海蜇, 蠔仔餅. 估唔到亂打亂撞入左黎又幾ok. 鵝片幾香又幾入味, 鴨舌比好多潮州舖做得仲好. 蠔仔餅一定要試, 蠔仔好新鮮, 個蠔仔餅又唔油. 值得一提個"這不是春卷", 熱騰騰炸出黎, 又脆又好味, 誠佳品也. 假期孖寶有潮州海鮮粥同金菇堯柱炒麵, 128都幾抵食. total食左800, 一家大細開心食一餐, 都幾唔錯.
