一行5人打邊爐,沒有看過open rice review的情況下也沒有想過大坑店舖會有這樣水準差就進去了一看菜單已覺很貴,但友人生日,即管一搏調味有很多選擇叫了兩邊湯底,非常貴麻辣188,另一邊芡茜皮蛋湯底半價食物來了,份量奇少,$58元普通貨色墨魚丸只有5粒其他不是我點菜的也不敢看價錢只點了烏冬$33,想快點吃飽啤酒$50元支,約兩杯份量叫了招牌玫瑰雞翼朋友咬了一口就覺得很苦有酒味但味道奇怪吐了也有叫醉雞,但卻沒有酒味最終埋單5人吃了2180元太不值,吃了沒有滿足感只有被吃錢的感覺一定不會再來

太不值,吃了沒有滿足感

只有被吃錢的感覺

肉類生料兩味,首推本地手切肥牛肉,牛肉肉色紅潤新鮮,脂肪比例不高。輕輕煮至七成熟度,留有少量肉汁及軟腍口感,配上濃郁牛香,令人唾涎。日本黑豚肉口感腍滑,醃料調味佳。多口向店員交流查問如何能準備腍滑的豚肉生料,可惜結果向隅。小弟自問和不少餐廳酒家大廚交談,大部分師傅亦很健談並樂於分享,小小心得交流可大方一點罷!

雜項類別同樣淺嚐兩款,潮州墨魚丸彈牙度一般,墨魚香味尚算令人滿意。比較出色的是玫瑰雞翼,選材大隻飽滿,玫瑰露酒香洋溢而不過火,味道不錯。主食日本讚歧烏冬,質感較一般烏冬幼細及扁身,入口滑溜煙韌,掛上酸香蕃茄湯汁味道更佳。

那夜凌晨我在潮民撞見住係大坑成日見到名人名星餐。話說都成個月前 係門口見到個我都幾欣賞既生意名人係度開餐  比佢吸引左黎試下,約左成班朋友慶祝生日。 都係講番食物 ,這裡店仔細細   門口貼左幾多雜誌介紹連英文報紙都有 ,都幾令人期待 。拎起菜單 原來只係中等價錢  鍋底就100-400既都有 最貴既海鮮鍋底係有送三款海鮮既  店員話5週年慶祝間一律有8折 不過成班男仔最後都決定主要想食肉所以叫左雞湯鍋底  個鍋底有隻藥材係入面叫做牛奶根 味道唔係糖水個隻甜 但有一陣椰子同牛奶既清香 鐘意飲呀媽煲湯既一定鐘意  湯底有送半隻醉雞 有陣陣酒香 倒左落去之後 清甜加上玫瑰酒更吸引和有個性 味道更強好岩打邊爐  特別係煮起肉上黎  靚牛+椰香 酒香 + 雞油 ,呢個時候咩都唔點 調味都唔洗 原汁原味最正好滿意!!鍋底好似原價$160左右 打埋折我覺得幾抵食 ,之後睇番食評最多人介紹蕃茄湯底 ,反而少人講雞湯 可能蕃茄係招牌啦  如果真係仲正既下次就要再黎比較一下 。至於食物方面 我地叫左 安格斯牛,因為牛味會強d 反而我食牛就唔洗太有油香 我鐘意肉味濃  。 如果鐘意食肉既油香 佢地個*豬腩

咁靚環境既大坑緊係叫埋男友同我一齊食反個靚靚午餐。其實佢不喜歡食通粉,但都肯陪我,原來吾止有蕃茄牛肉通,其他午餐都有碟頭飯,哈哈,好彩姐。我就緊係要試下招牌蕃茄牛肉通啦 。男人點的是浪漫豆腐火腩飯。之前睇食評話佢湯係好正,今日食過,呢個同出面比較既話 蕃茄湯係最真同最鮮蕃茄味,最濃郁的,係出面食過吾少都係個湯夠色但一陣豬骨味同酸味,一食就知唔係煲出黎係用茄膏溝出黎,果然無失望,濃烈既湯味,加上軟硬適中既牛肉,唔韌,有牛肉味,通粉索晒湯味,正!係我咁享受之制,男友已經食完佢個浪漫,見佢成碟食晒 我以為佢好肚餓,佢話估吾到D又幾好食wor, 仲以為得個蕃茄通出名,其他野一定麻麻,想不到又幾好味,食完個晏,再行下大坑,又真係幾浪漫既。。

毛毛雨晚上來到潮民, 第一次試。價錢比想像中貴, 比我們常去的禾牛薈更貴多一點點。兩個人吃的不多, 不過牛肉是必叫的啦。牛味不算濃, 禾牛薈的較好吃。菜就是一般的啦, 沒什麼特別。魚皮餃算大隻, 味道不錯。響鈴是太差的了, 沒有香味, 浸在湯中兩秒已經腍晒, 不好吃。點了檸蜜, 頗潤喉。整體服務周到, 不過食物在水準之下, 加上這個價錢, 應該是不會再回來了。

Tittle: 開心Share 之前睇過D食評都心郁郁想試,前幾日訂左位同2個姐妹黎試下,,試完真係忍不住打反篇食評分享下。9點去到都吾太多人,坐底環境都幾舒服,幾鍾意佢柔柔的黃燈光。我地話晒第一次黎,真係咩都想試下 ,於是叫左經理同我地介紹下,最後份量都由經理同我地安排埋(好貼心呢!) 我地試左"潮民愛心餃",係豬肉韮菜餡黎,其實一食就feel到同出面差別係幾大下,D皮咬落下軟軟的,出面係完全無口感 個名都幾好窩心!我特別要讚的是那個肥牛芹菜餃,聽落個名都幾過癮,佢加左D芹菜,咬落爽口,鍾意食爽口野黎到一定要試呢個!口感無得輸!我地仲食左鹹蛋蝦餛飩,芝士煙肉餃,一樣係美味!之後黎左D海鮮。蠔是特大美國蠔,味道鮮甜,聞落係會仲有清清海水的味道,又係一個大讚!大家都知,要搵新鮮的蠔並吾係咁易!聖子,爽口鮮甜,鱔片的肉嫩嫩的,入口即融,一D都無魚腥味。兩個字講晒,新鮮!仲有丸類,汕尾魚蛋絕對值得一試,因為吾講真係吾知係魚蛋,其他的都係一樣好食。

年初二一眾人想吃火煱有人提議試下潮民因為附近多咪表位泊車。醬料同豬頸肉條係唯一可以讃。豬頸肉切成一條條長條型,食落好爽。唯一叫既海鮮就係八隻聖子,每隻$96蚊八只成為$768,其他貢丸、魚旦、各式餃子牛肉水準尚算OK但偏貴。碟片頭切得太薄食落無咗食片頭既爽口感覺似食魚腐多D。叫咗一喳普通菜蜜成為二百。八個大人同幾個有食udon既小朋友埋單加二之後$5400。平均六百幾蚊一個人,咁既價錢坐街邊食火煱唔會有下次。

I was hanging out with my friends at Tai Hang the other day, I think it was saturday day. One of my friends said he wants to have hot pot. I said there's one around the corner, opposite of parknshop supermarket. well, let's give it a try. the restaurant looks nice from the outside, decor is not too bad, pretty much the same like other ordinary hot pot restaurants. Ended up this hot pot restaurant is the worst hot pot place ever in the Hong Kong. such a rip-off...... it's a gangster inn. The soup

well, let's give it a try. the restaurant looks nice from the outside, decor is not too bad, pretty much the same like other ordinary hot pot restaurants. 

Ended up this hot pot restaurant is the worst hot pot place ever in the Hong Kong. such a rip-off...... it's a gangster inn. 

The soup base that we ordered was 190 dollar from the menu but when we saw the bill it was $700 something, the owner was misleading us on purpose.
They just want us to order something expensive like seafood and such or something that's not even on the menu.  we were not told until the time when we get the bill!!!

What kinda ingredients would you need to make a soup base cost 700 dollar?
we just want to order the "Basic" soup $148 but the owner said it was sold out, that why we ordered a fish soup base. but then the fish soup base that is listed in the menu only costs 198.... 


we were negotiating with the owner, but then the owner said it's a Hybrid Giant Tiger fish, but then so what!  they only gave us 6 spieces in a seperate dish plus the soup base. 700 dollars?  
why would it cost so much.!!! we didn't include the dishes that we ordered. we ended up settle the bill and leave, but we will never go again. 

This is an important comment. please take my advise. Don't go! 

Other Info. : worst place ever, bad taste, expensive, and rip off without telling you
