有時餐廳的環境配合,會今食客加分,星期日送完個仔去童軍後,都好喜歡去潮民嘆個早餐,秋涼天氣,將車停在門口,坐在舖外用餐,要走鬼抄牌都無問題!我係牛王,無牛不歡,通常會點鑊仔牛扒炒蛋,用料好OK,牛肉味濃,厚度稱心,烹調火路恰到好處,掂!老婆就點番茄湯安格斯牛肉通粉,番茄湯香濃得來有香草味,唔似勝香園咁寡,又有橄欖油香,唔係一般茶仔水準,所以我每個Sunday Morning都係呢度搞掂!

夜晚同太太來到,星期一晚約 7:30 唔駛等位。在街旁泊低車入去立刻有位坐。叫皮蛋芫茜湯底,都幾足料的,好易入味。再叫了以下的食物:1. 黑牛切片(大)肉質有o趙口,更值得讚的是厚薄適中,不會太薄無口感,又不會太厚難淥熟。牛肉有肉味兼彈口。2. 蝦(五隻)幾大隻,拉直有六寸長而且厚身,亦好o趙口。蝦膏頗多。3. 蠔(六隻)頗大隻,糖心算香口。4. 墨魚丸一般,彈牙,但其實食落無乜墨魚 feel,反而唔知點解有少少似貢丸。但OK 嘅。5. 娃娃菜無乜特別6. 鹹蛋芹菜餃其實淥完加上芹菜咁重味,食落已經無乜鹹蛋味。不過有鹹蛋的粉狀口感又幾特別。整體頗香口,值得一試。7. 粉絲以粉絲來講都幾有咬口。味道一般啦。另外值得一提的是:(1) 服務非常好,店員好斯文又殷勤,值得一讚。(2) 星期一晚來講,靜靜地坐得幾舒服。(3) 泊車喺街可以唔駛就住停車場鐘數,加上唔多人適合坐低慢慢食傾吓偈。整體而言,我未來之前都無預咗呢間舖仔要食咁貴,但食完佢係值嘅。因為食得出佢用料靚係有心機去選擇同預備材料。呢樣嘢即使食千幾蚊的貴價嘢都未必有的。

以粉絲來講都幾有咬口。味道一般啦。

另外值得一提的是:
(1) 服務非常好,店員好斯文又殷勤,值得一讚。
(2) 星期一晚來講,靜靜地坐得幾舒服。
(3) 泊車喺街可以唔駛就住停車場鐘數,加上唔多人適合坐低慢慢食傾吓偈。

整體而言,我未來之前都無預咗呢間舖仔要食咁貴,但食完佢係值嘅。因為食得出佢用料靚係有心機去選擇同預備材料。呢樣嘢即使食千幾蚊的貴價嘢都未必有的。

一朝早車咗老婆返工,未夠八點鐘心血來潮自己一個人剷入大坑,見呢間店幾靚便泊低架車在街邊入去食。一張早餐點菜紙,$28 有厚多士仲有三樣食物揀,加個通粉同飲品,仲想點?最特別係個通粉,湯底好似加了少少蒜頭有種獨特的香味。奶茶和炒蛋亦不錯。其他如腸仔及多士等都 ok。$28 咋,想點?可能係星期一,咁早無乜人,我坐喺度靜靜地開個 iPad 上吓網睇報紙,坐半粒鐘之後駕車去返工,都幾寫意㗎!

中午, 唔係好多人以前午餐是有飯餐, 現在午餐全是麵 或 米線,有不同湯底, 番咖湯會比較熱, 要慢慢食,快捷午餐另包泠熱飲品,並設有 wifi, 要問店長哥哥取 ( 其實同log-in name 差吾多)潮民 最方便就系泊架車向正鬥口 or 對面(錶都吾使入)適合駕駛人士, 好方便所以1個月去1-2次

早幾天訂了位,3人。可以坐係鋪頭內或外面,我們坐係鋪頭內。

雖然我們3個人,可以叫好多野食,但我覺得比起一般火煱店,我地叫得算少,因為都覺得有點貴..

本人經常四處搵食, 在這個聖誕假期和家人去大坑午餐, 因上次已去過民聲, 今次試附近一間叫潮民的東西. 他們是火鍋店但亦做早市, 午餐的創意粉面的確別出心材. 因為我試咗個胡椒豬肚湯河實在好好味. 其實我好鍾意冬天飲這個湯因為覺得飲完特別暖而這個湯河的配餸的確唔錯, 咸菜好爽口,豬肚夠林. 第日我忍唔住再去食點之沽清, 於是我試咗個招牌麻辣米線, 配餸中有豬腩肉真係必食之選, 好正! 個樣睇落好似好肥但原來入口即溶亦唔流. 而潮州牛丸都好正. 如果唔食得辣可以配豬骨湯底.可能因為假日關係都幾爆, 耍等一陣位, 但老闆好好人, 見我地一家大細就比 幾張凳我地坐住等, 重比面包我隻狗食. 我媽耍食藥個伙記即刻比咗杯剛剛啱 飲的溫水給她, 真係好service! 可惜我住得遠唔可以成日去幫親, 不過我一定會再去.

I've become a frequent customers since my first visit to Chiu Man Hot Pot earlier this year! Definitely not a fancy restaurant, my best experience at Chiu Man is sitting on its street tables (it's in a relatively quiet street in Tai Hang) on a nice cool evening. I'm waiting for the temperature to lower so I can do that again!! The extremely friendly restaurant owner always make sure his customers are well taken care of, offering food recommendations and always make sure you order enough food

The extremely friendly restaurant owner always make sure his customers are well taken care of, offering food recommendations and always make sure you order enough food and will let you know if he thinks you may have over-order (which is often the case when ordering for hot pot cause you always want a great variety!)

Their local beef is one of THE BEST in town - always fresh and tender and perfectly sliced in just the right thckness for best texture and flavour. This is the go-to place if you enjoy great beef and hotpot and if you don't mind a casual almost homey dining experience. I always go for the seafood soup base, it comes with a big fat crab that is always fresh and juicy!!! Make the best out of the soup base and throw in udon towards the end of the meal! Let the udon soak in all the flavours in the soup (mixture of seafood, beef, vegetables...Hmmmm) and there you have a bowl of delicious udon that will add a perfect ending to your hot pot meal! If you like spicy, its kim-chi soup base is also a perfect option!

Other must-try items on the menu include its beef ball and clams!

住在大坑,经常来这里。其实除了火锅,这里早餐也不错的。打边炉的话,尤其是冬天,要翻三次台的,很火。味道也确实超级好。力推牛肉丸,很Q,还有胸口牛肉,号称5秒就熟,超级嫩。雪花牛肉很赞的点了螃蟹锅底,蟹很新鲜,黄很多。番茄锅底也不错,我觉得比麻辣的好吃。墨鱼丸啊鱼丸也都不错的。btw,店主很靓仔

朋友住在大坑是潮民的熟客,差唔多每天的早、午餐都光顧,對他們的食物及服務總是讃不絕口。有見及此,到潮民試下佢地有咩好野….他們的早餐都幾多元化,有一般早餐可食到的之餘還有Hot Dog、奶油脆豬等。 我叫咗個炸魚柳+炒蛋+腸粉+菜+熱啡,個魚柳真係好正!冇雪味又夠脆,魚肉唔乾,個炒蛋同腸粉都好滑。原來只係$21,這個真是令我最驚喜的! 最重要係食物質素好又底食。 我個friend叫咗叉燒+番茄+菜+公仔面+熱奶茶。 我地座足成朝都冇被人炸型趕客之類,後來我發現有人等位先自動埋單, 唔怪得我個friend日日去食。

唔講佢既打邊爐喇.....因為真係唔值得提,講佢既早餐,好肯定講佢既早餐好唔掂,發現唔到有咩野食得落肚唔在講,如果大家留意下佢檯面既調味品....大家摸一摸就會食唔落野,全部係黐立立那那渣渣,睇到都唔開胃,所以以後都咪搞我!

兩星期前,在朋友W介紹下,有機會試試偶有經過的潮民.店子裝修簡單,播放著西洋或爵士樂;醬料種類除有大路選擇外,還有較少見到的芥茉及自家製XO醬及欖角醬。看似普單的火鍋店,細微處卻滲有不少店主個人喜好,有趣。是晚配料由店主親自發辦,整體來說均屬中上。特別喜愛的有 -- 蕃茄海鮮湯底: 勁多蕃茄,料足而鮮甜,就算到最後蕃茄味依舊濃郁。- 潮州魚蛋/牛丸: 據說特別由潮州運到,無論型狀與味道均與平常吃到的不同。滾前滾後身型一致小巧,味卻更為濃烈,相當不錯。- 私家蛋炒飯: 夠香夠乾身,味道好,連極飽的我亦禁不住吃了半碗。- 自家製XO醬及欖角醬: 香夾惹味,可成為餸飯妙品! 老實說,店主外表冷酷又串串地, 但對食物倒是充滿熱誠/情,質素有要求之餘,價錢亦算取之合理。整晚食物由他全程配給,招呼雖好,但為食貓真的不慣打邊爐如此拘謹。 有機會的話,本貓想私自再訪試試其他湯底,吃個痛快,但到時大概沒有美味炒飯了... 再次多謝朋友及店主的款待.

不過, 跟住隻帶子就變得好失色啦, 呢d 咁巨型o既帶子, 真係唔係好o岩打邊爐, 無哂甜味, 仲有d d 靱 tim...

响呢個時候, 靚仔店長出場, 問我地想將牛舌同牛肉粒點煮, 我就好奇怪佢點解咁問啦, 原來佢地有一個小griller 可以俾我地烤牛舌同牛肉粒。咁高興, 當然燒o下佢地啦, 而靚仔店長仲親自幫我地搞。
睇佢純熟o既手法, 用手搓黑椒同落鹽, 我地就知道陣間有好o野食。
結果真係不負所望, 個塊牛舌燒到油香摸鼻, 入口juicy到不得了, 時間同調味都剛剛好, 我地成班人個個變o左味吉陽一入面個味皇咁, 有好多隻牛响個口到噴出o黎~~!!

牛肉粒仲駛講?? 幾十蚊食到和牛咁o既水準,我地無人再講o野, 只係响到食呀食, 結果order多o左一round, keekeekkee
我仲有無食其他o野? 當然有啦, 但我堅持普通的東西唔講, 佢地都係好食o既, 但唔特別.
有一樣唔夠好, 同樣係炸腐皮。唔脆唔吸湯,

(鐘意食n秒炸腐皮o既朋友, 我會推尖沙咀中日 , 呢間o既腐皮100分!!)
最後最後, 當我地以為會勁貴o既時候, 都係少過$300一位, 有咁o既質素, 我會用抵o黎形容.
因為實在物超所值~~!!
出o左糧, 一定會再o黎~!
