我的一份炭燒雞蛋仔燒好了,風乾好了,看得出其色澤均勻,比較深色的原因不是烤焦了,而是因為這兒的雞蛋仔的味道是偏甜的。

一放入口,每一粒都是甜甜的,帶脆的。最開心的,就是雞蛋仔係實心架,好正。

炎炎夏日同男朋友入咗大澳,你知是否因為有節日慶典關係,今日入大澳的人十分之多,足足等了一個多小時才上到巴士。入來唯一目的除了買蝦膏蝦醬之外當然便是食東西!網上搜尋下大澳食美食十大,其中炭燒雞蛋仔伯伯是美食十大之一,蘇年前一大澳已經有吃過伯伯的雞蛋仔,今天來到當然要壞緬一下!幸好地剛剛人流走了一批,只要排第二個便可以吃到。因為炭爐十分之熱,加上30多度的炎熱氣溫真的1好辛苦,伯伯三兩下手勢邊做好一份雞蛋仔。金黃色的雞蛋仔賣相相當吸引,拍完照雞蛋仔依然很熱,可惜的是雞蛋仔的粉漿比例沒有以前的那麼好,吃起來沒有脆卜卜的外脆內軟外層,蛋香味雖然重但缺少了外層口感,突然有點暗然失色。

金黃色的雞蛋仔賣相相當吸引,拍完照雞蛋仔依然很熱,可惜的是雞蛋仔的粉漿比例沒有以前的那麼好,吃起來沒有脆卜卜的外脆內軟外層,蛋香味雖然重但缺少了外層口感,突然有點暗然失色。

有小小濕氣但脆口
裡面軟綿綿
未知是否與炭爐製有關

我本人最愛街頭小食係雞蛋仔,食過大澳阿伯雞蛋仔都番不到轉頭。用炭火燒過雞蛋仔再加上牛油及蛋香,真心講係一流,我見到佢有幾層蛋,食得出佢用左好多蛋。每次經過大澳都必食。而且每次都要等半個鐘為以上。我有時都好佩服伯伯,大熱天時對住炭爐都可以做出甘好食雞蛋仔。

聞名已久的大澳炭燒雞蛋仔叔叔, 次次行經都大排長龍, 最少有十多二十人, 只得一個叔叔用炭爐整雞蛋仔, 就算五分鐘可以整一底, 起碼要等一粒鐘, 通常經過都系去行山, 花一粒鐘等食雞蛋仔不太可能, 所以由始至終都沒有吃過, 今次入到大澳約下午兩點, 竟然得兩個人排緊隊, 機會難逢, 終於可以食一次了, 超開心。雞蛋仔大叔用炭爐烤焗, 名副其實的炭爐雞蛋仔。製作雞蛋仔、收錢及包裝一腳踢, 想快都幾難。終於有機會一試, 望落烤得焦黃香脆似的, 熱辣辣的雞蛋仔散發出陣陣的透人蛋香。咬一口, 雞蛋仔外不脆, 但內鬆軟香甜, 唔太甜膩, 蛋漿夠蛋香, 朋友話應該放置時間不夠, 所以令雞蛋仔皮不夠脆口, 真可惜, 雖然皮不脆, 但其實都幾好食, like, 下次有機會再食, 自己打開紙袋等耐些才吃, 那便可試到外脆內軟的炭燒雞蛋仔了。
