蝦多士整得非常之好,咬落非常之脆、面上鋪上芝麻增加口感。
在點埋嗰張去食,真係一流。

燒賣亦都非常之高水準、每一粒都整得好通透。而牛肉球亦都好爽口、配埋喼汁食真係一流。

星期日中午12點多d去到,要等位,不過都好快,入邊其實唔大,好似就十張檯左右,唔可以超過90分鐘,不過其實上得快半個鐘都可以我地兩大兩細,叫左7樣野,味道都唔錯,中意蝦多士同埋千層糕,蝦多士中間全部都係蝦,啱啱整好熱辣辣,好鬆脆,千層糕好大一件,唔太甜,小朋友中意。

今日來到天后一間小店飲早茶。以前讀書嗰時呢度仲係間西餐廳,附近啲食肆已經全部唔同哂….呢度將點心加入新元素,成為新款菜式。令飲茶變得年輕化👍🏻🔸奶皇流心西多士(💰38)(7.5/10)真係非常流心,啲奶皇漿流哂出嚟,味道幾好。不過佢個包邊為咗整實啲令唔漿唔流出嚟,真係炸得太硬,係太硬。🔸芝麻蝦多士(💰48)(8/10)蝦餃好多好厚,彈牙,有好多好多芝麻喺包面,炸到脆脆,好香!多士個包邊同上面有同樣問題,太硬。🔸鴛鴦燒賣(💰36)(7/10)同平時的燒賣差不多。🔸懷舊糯米包(💰32)(8/10)呢個糯米包反而令我幾surprise喎!佢用一塊薄皮包住啲糯米飯。糯米飯幾好味炒得好香好足料!臘腸香氣撲鼻😂🔸籠仔荷葉章魚雞粒蒸飯(💰40)(7/10)正正常常,幾足料。Overall評分: 7.5/10👍🏻

1月時去了周記點心本身都有去過西環甚至已經關門的分店試過這間天后坐得最舒服野食質素都依然好好不過天后叫茶有d奇怪 有d其他新款式 係貴d不過都好飲必叫當然係流心西多士啦 然後蝦多士最驚喜有蓮蓉布甸 lee個布甸約來越難找到了價錢可以接受啦 對得起質素

終於下班了爆累的日子將近在附近看看有什麼吃幸好今天是半日班不然只有得看..流心點心 不是被文字吸引而是色彩繽紛的招牌設計掃好安心便進店這時5:00左右 客人只有一枱即是說在下快要包場了 😆豉蒜炒尖椒 $52制造過程中已經聞到迷人香氣是豆豉和蒜的香味混合即點即做即上枱涼涼的天氣吃熱熱的東西就舒服啊紫薯流心西多士 $38 🙁🙁奶黃吃過了 所以今二試試紫薯西多士的外觀沒太像西多士先把它切開看看吧哇 真的像是解剖第一現場血流滿地 (是不是形容得稍微嘔心?)沒差吧 就是加倍液態的流心效果感觀上是覺得不夠肉啊吃下去就..怎麼會帶酸酸的 🤔🤔🤔🤔正常。。。。。。?懷舊糯米包 $32這是故意去點些飽肚食物事關發現自己近日肚子長蟲了糯米飯被一層薄薄的皮包裹著中心的糯米比較軟但周邊的似乎是放久了蒸得有點乾乾硬硬胃要受罪 😶黑松露湯餃 $30 這不是灌湯餃所以皮裡的包著是滿滿的蝦肉 粉絲 湯底更多濃郁的黑松露又香又滿足沒想到這的確還是不飽只是晚餐..算了..不吃太多而且怕點來的質素不好會變了影響心情回家去 別阻人下班 🤣

I have passed by this restaurant many times in Tim Hau and finally got to try it. 1) Deep fried sesame prawn 🍤 toast 芝麻蝦多士 $48. For this price it’s a decent dish. Not too oily and it’s quite a huge portion.2) Shrimp & imitation crab dumpling 鮮蝦賽螃餃 $36. I didn’t quite this, the dumpling skin were too thick and the dumpling meat was too salty.3) Sweet corn & fish stomach soup 粟米魚肚羹 $48.
