但吃多了不容易消化
使用木薯粉製作令麻糬白嫩柔軟又牽絲

沒有了正宗的花生粉 改用Oreo也十分不錯吃

把拿破崙、芋泥、肉鬆和麻糬放在一起,真是很新穎的甜品。拿破崙鬆脆,芋泥滑溜香甜,還有芋泥蓉的質感,3Q口感源於不同口感的食材,有芋泥的香綿,有麻糬的煙靭軟熟,肉鬆的鹹香和鬆脆的拿破崙,每個食材各有其特點,但是食落覺得十分匹配,互相輝映。因為是即場製作,所以上菜需時,但是只是大概10分鐘, 絕對值得等待。

銅鑼灣嘅 Check in Taipei 相比之前的中環店更有水準,不論是環境、菜式和服務都十分好。十分適合相約朋友、家人食飯傾偈,甚至情侶撐枱腳也不錯。

今日同家人去咗銅鑼灣嘅Check-in Taipei,裝修新!今日叫咗招牌牛肉麵、招牌魯肉飯、海鮮炒王子麵蛋餅、芋泥三Q拿破崙同伯爵茶凍芋圓,侍應好細心,佢會先送上主餐,等我哋食完主餐,再同佢講聲先送上甜品。招牌牛肉麵牛肉麵湯底睇落好健康,所以食完麵後,連湯都無得剩。招牌魯肉飯魯肉入味,配上雞蛋,的確不錯。海鮮炒王子麵蛋餅蛋包住麵、蝦同蟹柳,配合沙律醬料,酸酸甜甜好好味,記得點側邊嘅沙律醬料,佢係靈魂,值得推介。芋泥三Q拿破崙食咗有驚喜,麻糬配上芋泥嘅拿破崙真係好夾,平時拿破崙係奶油嚟做,呢度係麻糬同芋泥,感覺較健康。伯爵茶凍芋圓我叫咗愛玉味,伯爵茶凍較特別,好少會有呢個配料,整體味道可口,值得一試。

牛肉麵湯底睇落好健康,所以食完麵後,連湯都無得剩。

招牌魯肉飯
魯肉入味,配上雞蛋,的確不錯。

海鮮炒王子麵蛋餅
蛋包住麵、蝦同蟹柳,配合沙律醬料,酸酸甜甜好好味,記得點側邊嘅沙律醬料,佢係靈魂,值得推介。


芋泥三Q拿破崙
食咗有驚喜,麻糬配上芋泥嘅拿破崙真係好夾,平時拿破崙係奶油嚟做,呢度係麻糬同芋泥,感覺較健康。

伯爵茶凍芋圓
我叫咗愛玉味,伯爵茶凍較特別,好少會有呢個配料,整體味道可口,值得一試。
