明天是母親節了,今天又是星期六放假天,但媽媽去海濱走廊走下,運動下,夜晚附近搵飯食,阿媽又鍾意中式,所以帶佢去酒樓是最好了。 見到餐牌寫住有柚子皮的菜式,又未試過,所以就叫一碟你試吓,上碟時有柚子皮面有蝦子,食落口感很淋,很入味,而且也濃濃的蝦子味,感覺挺特別的。菠蘿咕嚕肉,是自己最愛,去親酒樓必叫,這間酒樓的咕嚕肉入口外脆內軟,甜甜酸酸,不過不失。媽媽最愛的燒鵝,小我肉質鮮甜,外皮不會太肥膩,吃時㸃一點梅子醬,簡直襯到絕。
