之前聽朋友介紹呢間位於尖沙咀中心一帶嘅西餐廳,一直都想試好耐,今日難得男朋友偷偷地提我預訂位俾個surprise我,果然好驚喜無令我倆失望!😍😍餐廳遠眺尖東海旁,播住好浪漫嘅音樂,加啲聖誕裝飾,氣氛100分。我哋兩個各自嗌咗一個五道菜套餐。一開頭上個蟹肉三文魚沙律,佢嘅擺設非常有心思,蟹肉包在煙三文魚入面,兩個味道都非常香濃,夾埋啲沙律菜口感非常豐富。黑松露蘑菇湯係其中一個令我非常驚喜嘅一道菜。蘑菇打碎左加入湯入面,每一啖都係滿滿的蘑菇碎,加上松露香,令人讚嘆不絕。冬陰功年糕感覺非常新奇,以往吃冬陰功都是以湯的形式,加入年糕入面,令年糕口感更加豐富但有不會膩,值得一試。頭盤就選了精選雜扒,分量真的非常足夠,肉類亦都分配恰宜。值得一題的是西班牙黑毛豬非常香,亦沒有多餘的油分,脂肪魚肉量分配很好👍🏽,絕對值得一試!

頭盤就選了精選雜扒,分量真的非常足夠,肉類亦都分配恰宜。值得一題的是西班牙黑毛豬非常香,亦沒有多餘的油分,脂肪魚肉量分配很好👍🏽,絕對值得一試!

起openrice見到呢一間餐廳有超過千個like, 所以我都忍唔住嚟試下lunch。 今日個湯有好多蟹肉, 真係不計成本。 百零蚊一個餐, 有沙律, 大蒜蓉包, 蟹肉蘑菇湯, 黑毛豬, 甜品和餐飲。 真係可以介紹畀朋友來試吓。我点了黑毛豬,肉質嫩口, 應該係用slow cook煮去鎖定肉汁。 之後睇返食評原來佢個豬肋骨幾出名, 下次我都會去試下。如果你哋揸車去 可以考慮泊起北京道1號 或者320。REMARK,:如果你哋下次去記住坐窗邊。

今日放工早收咗,那那林約我男朋友去尖沙咀dinner加shopping✌🏻我search左幾間餐廳,最後都揀咗好評爆燈嘅chef stage de Eddie Chu,起初都擔心book唔到位,後來餐廳回覆已留位給我們,我勁期待同開心👏🏻👏🏻一打開個Menu嚇死我,點解裏面嘅食物大部份我都鍾意食,食完之後真係不得不推介呢兩個餐,我哋兩個大食積叫咗兩個五道菜套餐。首先上咗個三文魚蟹肉沙律,三文魚裏面包住咗滿鮮味蟹肉,咬落去滿口juicy既蟹肉,令人回味無窮。再上就係椰菜花忌廉蝦湯,湯內仲有鮮蝦肉係到添呀,另外黑松露蘑菇湯,黑松露味非常之突出,兩個湯味道濃郁到爆👍🏻再嚟就係蟹肉冬陰功日本年糕,辣辣地嘅泰國風味mix日本風味真係幾夾呀👍🏻輪到我哋兩個嘅主菜嚟喇,首先係魚柳黑毛豬肉骨茶,睇相都知份量非常爆滿,肉骨茶入的材料十分豐富,充滿了魚塊及黑毛豬,味道非常濃烈!跟住就係大蝦煎牛脷,牛脷十分足料,而牛脷我同我男朋友都好喜歡的,食落口覺得佢爽脆,快熟得黎又軟又多汁,呢餐真係令人回味無窮!

結婚週年紀念日,當然來個特別的晚餐啦,在朋友推介下,我和老公就在這個甚具情調的餐廳一邊欣賞海景,一邊品嚐美食。餐廳是樓上19樓的,面積不大,但可以看到尖沙咀的對出的海景,適合我們這些慶祝週年紀念日的夫婦或情侶共進晚餐。餐廳的總廚兼老闆背景好厲害,曾任職多間酒店總廚超過30年,廚藝響噹噹。 我們點了五道菜套餐,分別有沙律、餐湯、前菜、主菜和甜品:沙律:蟹肉三文魚沙律蔬菜很新鮮,配合清甜的沙律醬,很開胃,三文魚很大塊,以為只是普通的三文魚,但一咬下去,原來裡面包了餡料,看得出廚師很有心思。餐湯:黑松露蘑菇湯及番茄蟹肉湯先喝清淡一些的番茄蟹肉湯,本以為清淡,但其實番茄味很濃郁,啖啖番茄蓉配合啖啖蟹肉,非常惹味;喝完番茄湯當然要喝味道更濃的黑松露湯,不得了,黑松露的味道濃郁可口,香味滲透整個口腔,再配合又是啖啖的蘑菇粒,不是誇張,兩款湯我都會比100分!前菜:蟹肉冬蔭公日本年糕個人本來已經很喜歡吃黏糯的食物,所以年糕配合冬蔭公的煮法無得彈,若嫌只有四條年糕不夠呢!哈哈!主菜:燒澳洲羊鞍及精選雜排餐廳用澳洲羊做食材,完全沒有羊羶味,煮7成熟,味道及肉質剛剛好,油脂分佈均

個人本來已經很喜歡吃黏糯的食物,所以年糕配合冬蔭公的煮法無得彈,若嫌只有四條年糕不夠呢!哈哈!

主菜:燒澳洲羊鞍及精選雜排
餐廳用澳洲羊做食材,完全沒有羊羶味,煮7成熟,味道及肉質剛剛好,油脂分佈均勻,能吃出羊肉的嫩滑和鮮味,不會像外面餐廳吃羊排一樣乾柴或難以咀嚼;精選雜排餐有牛肉眼、西班牙黑毛豬、雞排及大蝦
最好味的首選黑毛豬,也是油脂及肉質分布均勻,每一口都能滲出啖啖的油脂,令到豬肉好似入口即溶,所以大部分的黑毛豬都被我獨食了。另外,我很欣賞廚師配搭食材的設計,肉食配搭的薯菜營養均衡,以粗糧做搭配,有羽衣甘藍、一小半塊牛油玉米,一拳紫薯,對於我一向注重健康飲食的人來說簡直難忘,因為很少吃到餐廳配搭的薯菜用這些優質食材,讓我再次從食材的挑選及配搭看出廚師的用心及經驗。

甜品:Tiramisu
每人兩小塊Tiramisu的,份量剛剛好,不會太甜或吃得太多,為時日的周年紀念晚餐畫上完美的句號。
