🦐 日木麵豉帶子薄片配鮮蝦肉
用了白麵豉,顏色較淨白,味道較清,調味後醬汁略帶酸甜,好開胃。帶子同蝦口感煙靭,喜歡。


🍜 松露煮日木年糕
用了松露跟白汁煮,醬汁creamy,很香。年糕沒有煮得太腍,留點嚼勁。因為餐碟加熱過,keep住保暖,不怕年糕凍了變硬。


🐌 焗連殼食法國田螺
賣相有心思,田螺殼用餅乾做,有特色。


🍵 西芹薯仔黑毛豬粒餐湯
是日餐湯比較特別,很想一試。將西芹薯仔打蓉,但又不至於太幼滑,保留一點食材的質感,好rich,有驚喜,鍾意。


🐟 鮮鱸魚柳酸甜香草汁
鱸魚煎得皮脆肉香,香草汁有點似泰式醬,酸酸甜甜很特別,跟鱸魚很配襯,讚。


🥩 慢燒美國牛肉眼
職員推薦4成熟,來了差不多全熟的,但正是我更喜歡的質感和味道,腍得來又更能散發肉香。跟羽衣甘藍和蕃薯蓉,挺有特色。


🍖 橡果級黑毛豬肉
黑毛豬肉質比較結實,調味不重,職員建議連少少新鮮菠蘿跟羽衣甘藍同食,感覺清新。


一次過試食七道菜,最後還有甜品Tiramisu,幾開心。欣賞每一道熱葷都好夠熱,盛在加熱過的碟中,加強保溫。今次高興坐到角落的窗邊位,可看到維港會展景觀,享受這輕鬆的一餐。

餐廳除咗睇到美景,又坐舒服,聽講廚師喺酒店前大廚eddy chu主理Starter有松露煮日本年糕,煮熟咗既年糕搭配濃郁的松露醬汁,口感柔軟煙靭。另外有日本麵豉帶子配鮮蝦肉,好精心製作既料理。帶子和蝦肉都新鮮而彈牙,麵豉的醬汁味道濃郁。法國田螺,田螺的肉質鮮美,搭配了濃郁的蒜香和牛油。黑松露蘑菇湯,濃稠的湯汁中食到一粒一粒小蘑菇,入口滑順,有豐富的層次感。鮮鱸魚柳酸甜香草汁,香草汁的味道非常清新,魚肉也非常鮮嫩,搭配得恰到好處。Main course 燒羊鞍和慢燒美國牛肉眼,羊鞍口感鬆軟,表面燒得幾香,肉眼肉質都非常嫩滑,每一口都能夠感受到肉汁的鮮美,唔會太油又唔會太乾。

星期二晚同朋友響度慶祝生日!餐廳環境唔錯,景觀開揚,食物精緻美味。今次order咗 Tasting Dinner Menu, 裡面有日本麵鼓帶子配鮮蝦肉,麵鼓sauce配帶子好味道。松露年糕個sauce 好creamy. 焗連殼食法國田螺,田螺底伴薯蓉,田螺殼好crispy . 蟹肉蘆筍湯好味道。鱸魚柳好滑好鮮味。慢燒Ribeye, 肉質嫩滑。最後甜品有細細件好精緻嘅tiramisu,夠滑而且甜度係亞洲人口味。我另外order 一客朱古力心太軟配雲呢拿雪糕,香濃朱古力味蛋糕...delicious!!好靚嘅香港夜景配上美味嘅食物,慢慢品嚐,視覺味覺大滿足。我地必定會將呢間餐廳推介比其他朋友。下次再嚟!

跟Yu姐收工又去了尖沙咀覓食,今次Yu 姐說想食西餐,想要浪漫一點的,有情調的,哈哈,所以左猜右想,一於就去尖沙咀的 Chef Stage de eddy chu,尖東地鐵一出,再過紅綠燈,行幾分鐘就到,而且上樓的,是19樓喔。望着窗邊,還看到遠處大海,Yu 姐滿意吧。哈哈。加一服務費後,人均消費大概$402。焗連殼法國田螺 $148賣相精美,色香味俱全。底部的薯蓉幼滑可口,中間有焗到香脆的餅乾,裡面就有主角法國田螺。田螺不腥,口感軟屬且有彈性。黑松露蘑菇湯$68黑松露撲鼻濃郁,蘑菇切成極小粒,每口都有咬口。蟹肉濃湯配鮮蠔杯 $138蟹肉濃湯啖啖肉,湯汁濃稠,滋味在心頭。鮮蠔本來都不太腥,新鮮肥美飽滿,加上有草青汁伴食,將鮮蠔味道帶到另一層次。黑毛豬 「肋條肉」 $188伴碟的芋頭蓉幼滑可口。菠蘿清甜美味。黑毛豬 「肋條肉」份量都不小,豚味重,烹調時間恰到好處,不硬不老,有口感。蒜香辣味蝦肉扁意粉 $188扁意粉頗為硬身,但有咬口。蝦肉新鮮,蝦身嫩爽彈不腥。還有蘑菇等其他配菜。辣度適中,既稍稍刺激味蕾,但又不算太辣。
