元朗小食多就出哂名,今日係離商場遠小小的位置搵到一間寶藏西餐廳,環境同食物質素都拍得住市區,好值得試下。臨近12月餐廳已經佈置得好有聖誕氣氛,餐牌上的食物單價落係百幾二百元,我哋揀左2人餐,有齊前菜主食飲品,價錢算抵食!湯我哋叫左2款,周打蜆湯好creamy ,食落會feel到有蜆肉係入面。而黑松露牛肝菌湯的牛肝菌味亦幾濃郁,冇比黑松露蓋過。前菜既帶子鮮甜超大粒,食落唔似係一般餐廳比既急凍貨,有少少刺身口感。三文魚小餡餅都係一口size,煙三文魚好香,配埋餅仔同沙律食幾開胃。蟹肉risotto 味道有驚喜,飯既口感適中偏硬,係傳統意大利飯應有既質感,蟹肉完美溶入risotto,食落有蟹既鮮味👍🏻豬鞍既炭燒味好出好好食,而最欣賞既係豬鞍雖然係全熟,但係肉質仍然好鮮嫩有肉汁,喱個係近期食幾間其他餐廳都做唔到既效果。餐廳有頗多特色飲品供應,我同朋友揀左水果酒同一杯kiwi mojito ✌🏻酒味唔重,好適合想淺嚐酒精又唔係好飲得既朋友。

餐前餐包配松露醬,餐包有3款,3款口味各有𣎴同,各有特色。法式龍蝦濃湯好正,好濃郁的龍蝦味,入口香甜,帶有龍蝦鮮汁製作,而且湯身順滑,真係出色,一絕!肉眼扒配龍蝦龍蝦煮得剛剛好, 入口爽口唔會太老, 鮮甜爽脆,啖啖肉,表面芝士很香口,廚師把龍蝦肉分開,方便進食,廚師很細心,7成熟肉眼扒,肉質唔會好老, 牛味濃郁,入口慢慢食,牛脂甘香,切開肉汁滲出來,肉質細嫩,食得出食材之質素,上乘!加上薯條都是剛剛炸好,脆卜卜好香薯仔味,冇得彈!芒果蟹肉牛油果塔牛油果、蟹肉、芒果而組成,蟹肉鮮甜加上牛油果醬,十分夾,而且加上洋蔥調味過,好好味飲品都很有特色,而且味道很好,細心到將咖啡雪到變冰粒,從而不影響到飲品的味道而變淡,好出色。一定會有下次,我還會經常光顧!

好正,好濃郁的龍蝦味,入口香甜,帶有龍蝦鮮汁製作,而且湯身順滑,真係出色,一絕!


肉眼扒配龍蝦
龍蝦煮得剛剛好, 入口爽口唔會太老, 鮮甜爽脆,啖啖肉,表面芝士很香口,廚師把龍蝦肉分開,方便進食,廚師很細心,7成熟肉眼扒,肉質唔會好老, 牛味濃郁,入口慢慢食,牛脂甘香,切開肉汁滲出來,肉質細嫩,食得出食材之質素,上乘!加上薯條都是剛剛炸好,脆卜卜好香薯仔味,冇得彈!


芒果蟹肉牛油果塔
牛油果、蟹肉、芒果而組成,蟹肉鮮甜加上牛油果醬,十分夾,而且加上洋蔥調味過,好好味


飲品都很有特色,而且味道很好,細心到將咖啡雪到變冰粒,從而不影響到飲品的味道而變淡,好出色。一定會有下次,我還會經常光顧!
