九龍城這一間昌發泰國粉麵屋,充滿着泰國街邊舖頭的風味。如果喜歡到泰國街邊食粉麵,這一間昌發可以帶來回憶。豬雜湯河這碗豬雜樣樣都有一點,湯河本身有點油膩,但湯整體不是太油。重點是泰式豬雜湯這種甘甜豬肉的濃味。豬手撈麵驟眼看是一碟手撕豬手肉,我比較喜歡豬手肉的味道,多過撈麵的味道。豬手肉醃得岩岩好,酸酸鹹鹹的感覺不錯。海南雞飯油飯一般,雞肉很香滑。不過辣醬真是非常的辣,不能點太多,果然是秦式辣醬。整體來說,不過不失,但沒有預期之中那種非常好吃的感覺。不過值得一試。

全餐飯最最入得口既係哩個鮮蝦炒金邊粉啦!
果然炒金邊粉係最穩陣。每次食泰國菜必叫就一定係佢啦!
金邊粉口感少少彈牙,但炒得未算乾身,同埋可以再少油啲。
有芽菜、蛋同豆干拌炒。芽菜軟身果種,豆干無味。大家都唔好花生,就無拌到花生碎。
食得出用左唔少茄汁,味道酸酸甜甜,加埋青檸汁中和返少少油膩,未算係香港食過最好食既,但已經係全餐飯亮點。


仲叫左個白飯,白飯係煮過龍,爛飯


唔好冬䕃功既我哩一刻好掛住泰國新鮮足料海鮮既冬蔭功,又酸又辣既過癮味道。

又到九龍城搵食, 晏晝想食d有湯既野, 就決定搵間泰國粉麵.佢都有好多選擇, 除了粉麵仲有好多其他泰國食物. 不過今次試下d粉先. 朋友叫了遊船河, 入面咩都有少少. 豬肉丸, 豬肉, 牛肉咁啦. 因為唔係我食, 都不太肯定. 試咗佢個湯, 味道濃郁, 好似有好多精華係到, 好飲.而自己就食燒豬頸肉湯河, 個湯好似清湯咁, 味道較淡. 而豬頸肉燒得唔夠香, 粉的份量都比較少, 所以食完都唔係好夠飽. 同樣都係43蚊的話, 下次都係叫遊船河吧.

又到九龍城揾飯食~其實呢間餐廳我已去過好幾次,2間鋪相連,以粉面飯快餐形式主打,印象中佢地既炭燒豬頸肉係幾好食,但今次就唔記得左叫。今餐主要叫粉面多,我叫左蝦醬炒飯,中規中矩。冬陰功海鮮湯面味道較辣,份量足,開胃好味。濕炒就非常一般。芒果糯米飯有點兒失望!如想嘆正宗泰菜可有其他更好選擇。如想隨便快食一餐,其實都唔差既。
