行下行下到左第二街,有間小店就入左去食晚飯,我去當晚都幾多人幫襯!老闆都做到無停手!還經常說著:「唔好意思!今晚人手唔夠!要你地等。」我充份感受到佢內心既歉意,反正我不趕時間!多等一點也沒關係。叫左一個套餐酥炸無骨配咸豬手配巴黎汁,附上餐湯前菜飲品。當晚餐湯南瓜味幾香濃!夠哂熱,而個煙三文魚火箭菜沙津都唔錯,夠哂新鮮。個主菜酥炸無骨配咸豬手,因為已拆骨既關係!食落超方便而且啖啖肉!香脆香口,肉質幾滑,再加上巴黎汁仲份外惹味。最後老闆仲窩心地供應左飯後果,窩心值100分!!難得難得!!

雞扒可配飯、意粉或薯菜,筆者向來愛吃香口之物,所以特意揀了薯菜;成品非常大碟,雞扒足有兩大塊,而旁邊就伴以大量薯角、翠肉瓜和車厘茄。先切開雞扒一試,外皮煎得很香脆,而且咬下啖啖肉,鮮嫩多汁,再蘸少許照燒汁上面,既香口又惹味。至於烤至外層金黃的薯角,食落亦外脆內粉綿,入口滿載薯香,以翠肉瓜伴吃,更可中和油膩感。

至於老公點的吉列炸蝦拉麵 ($60),成品上桌後,立即舀起一匙湯水試試,以豬骨熬成嘅湯底,入口雖然沒一般日本拉麵咁乳白濃香,但呷一口就知是無味精的靚湯。炸蝦方面,一共有 4 隻,分量慷慨,挾起一隻品嘗,外層香脆,蝦肉仍保持爽口,雖然略欠鮮甜,不過整體還算不錯。加點了兩塊叉燒 (+$10)、粟米 (+$5) 和仿鮑片 (+$5),叉燒太瘦,不夠油潤,不過粟米粒幾甜,而仿鮑片亦頗有咬口,以這個價錢來說,經濟抵食。

沒試老公點的凍奶茶 (凍飲+$2),不過我就童心未泯,點了支草莓波子汽水 (+$6),雖然只是一瓶二氧化碳的水溶液,但筆者向來愛喝汽水,所以亦覺得蠻不錯。店員稱,過咗午市,餐廳會有串燒供應,還提議我倆下次來吃晚餐時,可以順道一嘗。

最近總是扒不離口,今晚不吃牛扒,轉吃烤焗西班牙黑毛豬梅扒伴薯菜。新鮮薯角連薯皮一起炸亳不油膩,微鹹的調味處理起來非常適當。另外蕃茄,豆角保留著本身的水份,不會乾巴巴。

黑毛豬梅扒明顯的香煎香氣,加上油脂分佈比較平均,吃起來軟嫩多汁,切開後的側面亦十分漂亮,味道層次相當豐富。

黑松露帆立貝雜菌炒意粉

黑松露醬均勻地滲入每條意粉裡,讓原本雜菌風味的意粉多添一份香氣,韻味環繞。雜菌鮮甜很不錯,帆立貝嚼勁十足!意粉口感彈牙,整體而言,整盤意粉味道相當有層次,風味十足,吃完蠻有飽足感。

最後值得一讚的是儘管餐廳人手不多,客人座無虛席,老闆與員工親力親為且有條理,每當客人提出各方面要求,他們均盡善盡美達到客人要求,希望下次來光顧的時候繼續保持親切有禮及其食物水準。

老闆笑容可掬,是香港餐廳難得一見充滿笑容的餐廳老闆,相信他是一位樂觀的人吧!
老闆把聲勁似我一位住在上環而好幾年無聯絡已婚的美魔男好朋友!
 起初,只聽到老闆的聲線還以為他走來西區開餐廳,
所以,給我多一份親切感!


當老闆走過來問我,係咪食唔哂?仿似他突然出現我身旁!

 他真是很客氣!
 每枱食客都有份,我見到對面一家 6口,老闆送了一大碟提子給他們!
老闆稱,在附近的生果檔買,新鮮紅提子食落爽脆清甜!

 最後,連餐飲都無叫到!

就算食客想加底,也不另收費!
 相信老闆為了務求食客食得飽足!處處為食客著想,給人感覺這是一間親民用心溫馨街坊小店!

Last Saturday, I took lunch with my mom and sister. The waitress and boss are so nice to recommend their best "Tea with milk" with us. When I asked why you took such name of the restaurant. Its related to the Chinese history, so nice!Even the food - its yummy for the japense noodles. Steak with spaghetti, so big dish that can share by two people even! Highly recommend to go there for!

扒餐的醬汁我們均選了牛肝菌汁,味道正常;薯菜是薯角,炸得恰到好處,飽滿而且脆脆的,而老板也很好客,不停示意提我們添加薯角。還有脆綠的豆角,也煮得很爽脆,最喜歡是薯角及豆角也潵上一點點的鹽,很美味。豬扒及牛扒兩者,我覺得豬扒比較出色,一點也不乾不靭,肉質不錯,味道也好。

中西區實在是個天堂,不雜寧靜得來又帶點味道,懷舊且充滿人情味。自開通地鐵後,愈開愈多小店,以後可以經常在中西區覓食了。
