時值冬季,想食鑊氣小炒,網上找到這家,地方亦算就腳,便一行四人來試。此店特色—-冇得book,要等位。當晚就等了兩台。入座要開水洗野,台頭一盤仔咸脆花生,飲品要另叫—-典型本地小菜格局。我們知道此處食物份量不少,量力而為下,叫了以下幾味:避風塘瀨尿蝦味道不錯,殼脆口,肉質不梅,整體水平是高。炒牛仔骨黑椒洋蔥爆炒,夠香夠惹味,咬下去牛味重,不會太肥膩,肉質亦算不錯。炸魷魚也是香口的一味,上菜時夠哂熱,真係好熱氣呀!不過有時咁先正!脆漿比例不離譜,魷魚肉不細件,肉質算嫩。咕嚕肉經典港式小菜,甜甜酸酸,炸得皮脆,肉稍老,配角菠蘿倒也不少。我們此味食剩一點,是因肚子裝不下了。最後送上糖水,味道幾好,也使一餐完滿。味道好,埋單不算太貴,我心想,下次有機會再來吧。

My sister lives in West Florida. When we visit, it’s all about shrimp and oysters. This is the Cantonese version of the gulf coast oyster and shrimp shack. The hard-fried shrimp are bad ass! Juicy. Eat the shell, suck the head. Enormous (presumably farmed?) oysters are expertly stir-fried with ginger and onion. Super simple, delicious. Just gorge. No rice. Cold beer! Love the crowded, boisterous locals here.

早排天氣凍,特別想食幾樣嘢:羊腩煲、打邊爐、煲仔飯,同埋生炒糯米飯。要搵好食的生炒糯米飯其實幾難,唔係炒得太濕,就係冇咩料。太子的「志記海鮮飯店」係正地鐵出口旁,格局係好舊式的街坊飯店,但原來佢的生炒糯米飯係有名的招牌菜。舊式的海鮮飯店有個共通點,就係菜式分量偏多,所以人少的話,就唔好太貪心點咁多。好彩,佢的糯米飯係可以選一碗($75)同一碟($120),如果兩個人食一碗,每人都大約分到兩碗。一睇已知飯炒得乾身,唔會黐到一舊舊,飯亦夠味,加上非常足料的臘腸、蝦米等等,質素果然高。生炒骨($82)係去傳統飯店必叫菜式,其實我仲未分清楚生炒骨同咕嚕肉分別,不過都係聽聞呢度的生炒骨做得好,就即管試下。生炒骨醬汁呈冶艷的橙紅色,唔會過多或過少,配上青椒、菠蘿、洋蔥等等,未食都覺得賣相好吸引。醬汁酸甜適中,骨的粉漿都唔厚,好食。另一種必吃佐酒佐飯菜式當然係椒鹽九肚魚($80),條條肥大又完整,唔會甩頭甩骨,炸漿薄薄的,外面微脆,裡面仲好嫩滑,火候恰到好處,就只欠支啤酒。食飽飽伙計叔叔仲送左碗綠豆沙,雖然免費,但都煲到起沙,清甜味道可以沖刷下味蕾,非常滿足。

今日朋友介紹去這間開店已久的老鋪吃中菜,首先點了個川貝琵琶燉鴿湯,一上枱侍應就幫忙分湯,服務細心,天氣十分冷,一喝這個湯即時暖苙苙!之後吃了生炒骨,真是皮脆內嫩,而且那個汁做得非常出色,酸酸甜甜很開胃,即時叫了碗白飯來,再點多個招牌煎壤豆腐送飯,豆腐先經油炸再加特制醬汁,非常Juice最後吃蒜蓉蒸聖瓜剛蒸起熱辣辣好多汁呀!姐姐服務超貼心,第二次加茶的時候把整壺茶葉換了新的茶葉再沖過,總括來講,每碟菜都很大碟,還有酒店級水準!

朋友老遠從大澳出來,說想試試新志記。他拿起手機,按按按,向我們展示他的朋友推介的菜式。二話不說,我們就照點了:蝦醬芥蘭炒吊片、炸蝦丸、生炒糯米飯、椒鹽牛仔骨蝦醬芥蘭炒吊片:失望,實在是太鹹太鹹,吊片也不新鮮,我只是吃了一口,便再沒有吃炸蝦丸:也不是想像中好吃,相比起一般泰國菜的炸蝦丸,也比了下去。火候好,可惜不夠彈牙,略嫌鬆散。糯米飯:比較欣賞, 10分足料,啖啖都有蠟味,糯米也是一粒一粒炒開,乾爽不帶油,吃起來沒有太'煙un',反而像一般的炒飯,吃了兩碗都不覺得膩。椒鹽牛仔骨:香口,味濃。可是牛仔骨的質素一般,本身是雪藏料沒有肉味,肉質被「嗱」到軟林林,加上骨多過肉,以$100來講,實在唔抵!食咗幾樣野,三個人都未覺得飽,埋單每位$160 ,淨係糯米飯一碟已經$120⋯⋯略嫌貴!另外,餐廳環境實在唔適合以一般聲量交談,如果想坐低傾計,就要拎大聲公同隔離位鬥大聲喇!

今天來到大排檔風的新志記,我們首先擺下蛋糕,店員十分親切地免費為我們雪藏。然後我們開始点菜。我們要了bb乳鴿,四人一共叫了兩牒,鴿皮脆,肉不算多,但味道可口,咸度合宜,一起也不油然後叫了生炒骨,骨酸,炸得酥脆,醬汁多,份量也十分足椒鹽鮮魷,魷魚相當大條,炸粉薄,但有點不多脆,勝在胡椒粉味香,但感覺偏乾蛋白菜苗,味道偏咸,菜煮得淋身,蛋滑,皮蛋的味道十分香整體而言,味道好,服務也佳,走時店員還向我們介紹買蛋糕的地方,和我們聊天。

長輩一般較喜歡中菜,所以今次也特別挑選舊式中菜館,呢一間幾年前試過,印象已經好深刻,相隔咁多年味道依舊,所以喜歡中菜朋友一定要試。舖頭細細,每張枱放得比較密,而菜式不算花巧,但勝在夠鑊氣又好味。
