我去咗喺元朗嘅「芝加哥串燒酒場」餐廳,到咗之後發現呢度有好多款唔同嘅串燒可以揀擇。今次我特別嚐咗佢哋嘅燒叉燒同埋燒牛腸,味道實在好好食。佢哋嘅串燒款式好多,每一款都有唔同嘅口味同風味,包括有雞肉串、雞翼、鴨心、鴨肝、豬肉串、燒叉燒、燒牛腸等等。除咗咁啱啱講嘅串燒之外,佢哋仲有啲獨特嘅串燒,例如燒鴨舌、燒鵝肝等等,非常受歡迎。除咗串燒之外,呢度仲有好多啲唔同嘅菜式,例如炸雞翼、薯條、辣味蝦、炸豆腐等等,令到客人有更多嘅選擇。如果覺得串燒唔夠飽,呢度仲有好多款唔同嘅飯同埋意粉可以揀擇,好啱晚餐或者係同朋友傾下偈飲下酒食少少小食。除咗食物之外,呢度仲有好多款唔同嘅酒精飲品,例如啤酒同埋由調酒師親手調製嘅雞尾酒,而且佢哋仲有酒精放題服務,只需要$400就可以任飲啦!今次我哋試咗佢哋嘅麒麟啤酒揀咗原味同埋白桃味,即使唔係好飲啤酒嘅朋友都可以試下啲容易入口嘅白桃味啤酒。我同朋友食咗超過30串燒同一份左口魚飯,總消費加埋服務費差唔多$800,真係非常超值。

I visited the "Chicago Yakitori & Sake Bar" in Yuen Long, which offers various types of yakitori. I tried their grilled pork belly and grilled beef intestine, and they tasted amazing.

In addition to yakitori, they also offer other dishes such as fried chicken wings, french fries, spicy shrimp, fried tofu, and more, giving customers even more choices.

For the alcoholics, here is literally a paradise for gathering. This restaurant offers a wide range of alcoholic beverages, including the best beer to pair with yakitori and cocktails handcrafted by bartenders. They also offer free-flow alcohol service for only $400 per person.

My friend and I had over 30 skewers and a portion of grilled fish rice, and the total bill came to around $800, which was very affordable.

呢個價錢大大隻羊膝真係一個幾大既驚喜,大大隻連骨羊膝烤出黎香噴噴,再加埋香料既味道超級香濃。
羊膝肉厚而且唔韌,成隻拎住食勁過癮。肉身夠厚,每一啖都充滿滿足晒成個口。超級好食,早知就嗌夠一對腳一人一隻

啤酒入口其實幾清,唔會好濃味,幾岩女仔飲。食左咁多串燒,我有幾多都好推薦,尤其係海鮮!燒鮮鮑魚、珍寳生蠔串都好好味,同埋我地揀左🌶️BB辣,所以串燒上果陣係好惹味。法國鵝肝本身我覺得好似好貴,但係真係好好味,食完我勁滿足。男朋友一定係最讚燒雞皮,因為又脆又香口。


Overall d野食都好味,坐得都舒服,最緊要有部大電視睇波!

當然唔少得試佢哋嘅特飲,包括Little Creatures IPA同Magners Original Apple Cider。Little Creatures IPA清新易入口;而Magners Apple Cider味道濃郁,男女都好岩飲啊😛

呢個價錢真心平,忍唔住叫咗一串。鵝肝有炸粉喺出面包住,所以就咁煮緊嗰陣會縮都仲喺炸粉入面保留咗味道。味道本身唔會差,用呢種方式整串燒好好食,送酒一流!

牛扒煮得啱啱好,5成熟留住肉汁。食落有啲濃郁嘅肉味,好香好滑口。啲牛扒用啲特級嘅prime牛肉,質地好細緻,入口即化。!

💡鹽燒鮮白鱔串 $58
用新鮮嘅白鱔串燒,再灑少少鹽,令到鱔肉嘅鮮味更加突出。通常會用炭火慢慢燒烤,令到鱔肉入味。鹽燒鮮白鱔串啲美味在於佢嘅口感同味道。鱔肉質地好特別,有啲柔軟但又唔會太爛。

今天因工作關係來到元朗區, 難得今晚可以早些完成工作, 便來杯冰涼的啤酒、食下串燒,來放鬆一下心情, 減輕工作壓力。芝加哥串燒酒場是間獨具形格的餐廳, 結合餐廳同酒吧於一身, 主打串燒項目, 店內裝修充滿時尚感, 設計著重柔和舒適,環境寬闊。這裡有多款酒類供應,在當中選了其中一款手工啤Samuel Adams, 色澤金黃亮麗,麥味香濃,入口冰凍順喉, 吃串燒總不可缺少冰凍啤酒。先來海鮮兩款項目,香蔥燒半殼扇貝(兩隻)鋪上香蔥去燒,味道不錯,扇貝稔身,肉質不韌也爽甜鮮美;香蒜蔥花廣島蠔的蠔肉充滿蠔汁,蠔味香濃,賣相跟味道皆不俗。五款串燒以併盤形式盛上, 碳燒牛扒燒得肉質鬆化,且散發濃郁的肉香;日本一口番薯仔燒外層燒得脆口, 內層食落味道粉甜;一口和牛串和牛肉質鬆化,咬下時才發現油花豐富,且散發濃郁的肉香;鹽燒雞翼燒得雞皮脆身還帶點焦香, 雞肉口感很嫩滑,燒香後撒上鹽去調味;還有烤魷魚,把魷魚切開成一條條, 烤熟後口感爽脆, 帶一點韌性,香口惹味。最後是栗米燒,燒得粒粒金黃色,外層微焦而口感帶點點糯口,飽滿的粟米散發出牛油香味,每一口咬下去都係甜美, 爽口非常。這裡的環境輕鬆意寫, 而且位
