鹽燒牛舌心$33,一向喜歡吃牛舌,但牛舌心的部位會更加爽口,而且是厚切的,咬下更加爽彈有嚼勁!

燒土匪雞翼$25,一串有兩隻,可以和朋友分享,孜然味香濃,鋪滿雞翼,外層雞皮燒得夠脆,裏面雞翼肉質新鮮,保留肉汁,非常惹味,又不會燒乾水份。

雞肉軟骨棒$28,用打碎雞肉混和雞軟骨粒粒的肉餅,捏成串來燒,入口竟然是如此柔軟,咬著有軟骨的爽口,不會吃到牙齒酸軟,又是令人有新意的口感,可以點醬汁吃增添風味。

燒雞泡魚乾$58,覺得比其他餐廳份量更大,價錢親民,燒得更乾身,更香脆,助酒必備。
一口和牛串$29,連醬汁一起吃,口感濕潤一點,但覺得沒有醬汁也可,仍然吃到入口即溶的軟滑口感。

蒲燒鰻魚串$29,這個真要試試,因為燒得與別不同,比其他店舖燒得更乾身,有鰻魚皮脆脆口感,而鰻魚肉質滑,醬汁香濃,口感層次豐富。

燒韭菜$18,是我和朋友最喜歡的串燒之一,每人一串,咬下韭菜香氣濃郁又多汁,調味粉不會太鹹,微辣味道更開胃,爽爽的口感超愛!

會今晚把酒談心之夜以韭菜作結,加上酒精上頭了,如何能不盡興!這裡氣氛之好,越夜越精彩!一定再來光顧。

今晚專登早些收工。搵個舒服地方睇返一場足球賽。係元朗收工。望下行下有無好些既地方。係元朗西青街中心內街。我雖然知道不小餐廳。但見到一間新開好似酒吧。但睇到餐牌時亦有串燒食。室內裝修好闊。好有獨突風格。令人感覺不到壓迫。不想再行的我。就入了去食個究竟。鹿兒島A5肉眼珍珠飯。A5一個簡單數字與英文字。拼貼一齊就是不一樣的美味。肉質入口溶化。牛肉味道更是由內以外地傳入口腔之中蒜香牛油龍蝦尾珍珠飯。蒜香與牛油一般係西餐上是必然調味料。再加上鐵胆「龍蝦」。直接係必然之選。龍蝦入口肉質彈牙。仲有獨特的海鮮味混了蒜香更是一絕安格斯牛肉蔥串。安格斯肉身屬偏濃烈牛肉味。再加上京蔥更是絕配。配上燒烤由牛肉汁落左蔥上。令這串串燒入口回味無窮。
