To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 網上訂餐外賣自取話可以取餐，去到都仲要等多15分鐘，繁忙時間理解的，當等到外賣攞到返屋企打開先發現俾漏野，海南雞拼餃子米線冇咗餃子，又唔想拎番咁多袋返去舖頭問佢攞返幾隻餃子㗎，所以最終都係硬食！下次都係要每盒打開check清楚先好離開免得要行多次！不過頭先鋪頭好爆所以冇咁做！

馬鞍山公司第一次叫美團外賣，在咁多市店同事選了這chicken factory ，真是千揀萬揀揀著個爛燈盞，因共四袋外賣，外送公司回覆要分两位車手送到，同事點了全是海南鷄湯米線，瓶装的洛神花茶，首先，海南鷄好油冇乜肉！應該一早斬定一份份出餐時再淋熱湯，或微波爐叮過！所以縮哂水！出晒油！米線煮到過哂龍成團米線粢飯咁！難食！洛神花茶太酸！完全冇洛神花茶果種甘酸味！又冇製造日期同飲用日期標貼，我飲了一啖已經冇飲！唯一可以讚嘅就為個湯比較熱同埋正常D！冇下次！

垃圾公司，叫左2人餐，無細雞，只有加30蚊要大雞，雞皮唔脆，雞肉又嚡熠熠，我地3個人叫2人餐，本身想加份海南雞飯，佢又話賣晒，咁唯有加份炸雞，結果炸雞係凍既，我哋係堂食，佢比晒啲即棄餐具我，三個人比得兩份餐具，問佢拎多隻碗仔，佢話要加錢，未試過堂食拎個碗仔要錢，野食難食態度又差，唔會有下次😡

有次見到呢間新開的餐廳係網上平台自取有6折，好奇買來一試，估吾到有驚喜。半份鷄都超大份，多到可以兩個人食。呢個百里香烤鷄香味撲鼻，肉汁鮮嫩，就連配菜的薯仔都焗得好香好juicy。美中不足係烤菜比較乾身，如果轉其他蔬菜應該好好多。飲品係冷泡茶，都有誠意。呢個餐大約$50，超值
