To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 如果你鐘意食🐔咁就啱你啦！$48 去骨海南🐔飯🐔都算嫩滑，配雞油飯， 食第一啖都覺Ok, 但當你食曬成盒飯嘅時候， 覺得有D咸，而附送之蘿蔔雞湯，真係咸到入唔到口……飲左一啖……放棄了$48 半隻烤🐔餐有三款汁及三選二配菜選，再加野飲諗住烤雞， 會較為 (鞋) 口，但雞肉出奇既滑……份量都夠...……可自己配搭，無咁悶又平，質量又唔差……推介店内有洗手盆供客人洗手……

頭先落去買外賣，叫咗個一個正常半隻雞餐$50，另外叫多一個下午茶餐的海南雞飯$30，份量少得可憐。有圖為證，你地自己睇，個白飯盒size一半都無，好耐未試過見到咁驚訝的發現。點少的下午茶餐通常都有2/3份量。無下次！

剛剛食過屋企附近Chicken Factory新店的麻辣雞飯，配上黑芝麻豆漿，以下是我的食後感。不論你是點了海南雞飯抑或是麻辣雞飯，除了醬汁，內容都是一樣。雞已去骨，雞皮肥脂部份不多，肉正常嫩滑，麻辣不太麻辣，適合怕辣之人嘗試。這個價錢份量，在現時的租金物價來說，定價五十幾元算是合理。沒有什麼大驚喜，但如果一周吃兩三次也不會覺得厭倦（當然我不會這樣做）。至於餐湯是蘿蔔湯，湯味濃，有蘿蔔幾塊，味精難免一定有啲，OK。黑芝麻豆漿和正常街買的沒有什麼分別，不過吃完麻辣之後喝它會感覺比較舒服。如果去和近似在$80以下的的雞飯比較，我覺得在醬汁和雞油飯底方面仍然有一些改善嘅空間。整體而言，這個價錢和這個質量我是收貨的。
