To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在西環辦完事，肚餓了，回程路上見到雞廠，在其他分店吃過雞廠的雞好味，二話不說就進去吃個下午茶。椒鹽雞翼三隻加碗仔翅$20，這個套餐超值！三隻雞翼炸得皮脆肉滑，一打開已經聞到孜然香，咬下脆皮口感，配合孜然和五香粉，吃得很惹味。碗仔翅用料足，蛋花、肉絲、木耳絲煮在湯裏，濃稠又爽口，味道調得十分好，本身湯味微咸，灑上胡椒、麻油、醋，拌勻後帶酸香味道，少少一碗，作為下午茶，吃著很滋味！套餐加$7可配飲品，點了蜜桃冰茶，非常香甜的蜜桃味，配茶底清新，吃完煎炸食物，喝一口非常舒適。一瓶膠樽的份量，值得加配。其他下午茶餐都非常超值，絕對是街坊福利！下次見到都一定再試其他食物。

外賣一份烤雞套餐應該跟一支飲品，自取時飲品沒有入袋俾客人，攞到回家先發現少咗支飲品烤雞味道可以的，烤薯都有牛油味道不是白烚，食物製作方面都有誠意的，而且價格相宜。

我驚OpenRice落order買一隻雞加其他小食，我在8:30前落order，我曾經問過幾點落order冇問題，店員同我講8:30落order還可以，當我9:15飛的士落嚟攞，佢話沒有雞，所以取消order，我有留電話為什麼不打電話通知我一聲，我仲要飛的士落嚟攞，用八達通過數，仲要話過多幾日先退返錢。。。。咁你哋應該一早截order啦！ 完全係唔合乎理由🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡

兩碟雞質素明顯差別很大，廚師未能保持水準。另外員工對顧客的提問欠缺耐性，未能解答之餘，更無禮貌，話客人「黐線」！建議在店舖內張貼顧客意見箱或展示直接負責人聯絡的方法，以即時跟進及改善服務質素！

在堅尼地城想食個快食晚餐，又唔想食茶餐廳同麥當勞，啱啱經過chicken factory , 其實都食過四五次外賣速遞，但其實佢哋d 雞都唔錯嘅，所以今次入去食堂食，佢哋地方都算寬躺，但又唔多座位，可能佢都係做外賣為主啦⋯⋯落單用類似麥當勞嗰d 售賣機落，跟住等叫Number取……今晚叫咗個我好鍾意食嘅海南雞飯同¼隻雞，其實味道都同外賣速遞相若，佢啲雞係得嘅滑嘅，其實佢哋性價比算好高，$50$60就攪掂一餐， 有drink 有湯有飯嘛😂⋯⋯食完就好似M記咁，自己掉垃圾擺番盤⋯⋯跟住走人😙
