To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在西環辦完事,肚餓了,回程路上見到雞廠,在其他分店吃過雞廠的雞好味,二話不說就進去吃個下午茶。椒鹽雞翼三隻加碗仔翅$20,這個套餐超值!三隻雞翼炸得皮脆肉滑,一打開已經聞到孜然香,咬下脆皮口感,配合孜然和五香粉,吃得很惹味。碗仔翅用料足,蛋花、肉絲、木耳絲煮在湯裏,濃稠又爽口,味道調得十分好,本身湯味微咸,灑上胡椒、麻油、醋,拌勻後帶酸香味道,少少一碗,作為下午茶,吃著很滋味!套餐加$7可配飲品,點了蜜桃冰茶,非常香甜的蜜桃味,配茶底清新,吃完煎炸食物,喝一口非常舒適。一瓶膠樽的份量,值得加配。其他下午茶餐都非常超值,絕對是街坊福利!下次見到都一定再試其他食物。
