To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 🍗必食百里香烤雞 仲記得啱啱開張，每隔半個鐘就有優惠時段$48.1隻，有唔少街坊出爐前就排定隊。作為街坊呢隻烤雞經常食，去野餐買一隻，或者拎返屋企當斬料加餸。皮脆肉滑，咬開仲有肉汁同油香，灑上嘅百里香更係惹味。呢返屋企翻焗都仲係好好食。 $48一隻，有呢個份量同水準，居民之福👍🏻另外海南雞都好滑溜，雞皮透薄，冇多餘肥滯。嗰度仲有餃子、米線：手撕雞、雞扒大碗飯同港式小食(碗仔翅、魚蛋)等，價錢相宜。唯一係店舖座位少，通常都係外賣拎走。

話說聽人講錦繡花園商場有個湖，環境好靚，有天鵝，所以順便去行吓，然後搵嘢食，見到依間舖Chicken Factory外面招牌啲相唔錯,然後吸引咗我同朋友一齊去食,首先佢價錢唔貴40幾蚊有個餐,你可以選擇食飯或者食米線，米線我就唔知好唔好味，但我朋友話幾好食，今次我自己食咗個燒春雞，其實價錢同大家X價錢差唔多，仲要平少少添，但味道方面差好遠，一啲都唔乾，好Juicy,裏邊仲有好多汁,個皮仲好脆同香，佢唔知外面熱過連個雞骨內都搽晒香草，簡單性價比極高，抵食又好味；同樣你要挑剔嘅就係佢舖頭好細，全部吧枱形式嘅高台，坐得唔舒服，所以見到多數啲人叫外賣出去出邊食。

抗疫繼續尋找外賣晚餐，朋友說這餐廳推出了套餐，價錢吸引，因為單買雞的話已經48元，而且味道不錯，附近居民更會來排隊購買，於是一試。點餐付款到取餐時間約15分鐘，比其他餐廳快吧。百里香烤雞回家先把雞拿出，份量頗多，味道亦不錯，雞肉都很入味，不用另外調味也很好吃白汁雞肉飯錫紙盤焗好的，整個白汁都蓋上雞肉及飯，份量適中，味道都可以吧烤牛肝菌椰菜花牛肝菌份量不多，但椰菜花的味道很好，同樣有點白汁，很快沽清有可樂2罐付送，以108元的價錢的確勝價比高啊

Today I had an afternoon off. When I returned to Fairview Park, I noticed that there was a new shop selling rotisserie chickens. As shown in the shop poster, chickens were freshly roasted and the price on promotion was reduced from $78 to $48 on a limited basis. As I was hungry, I decided to give it a try.The chicken with thyme is tender and juicy. It is flavorful and well cooked. It goes well with a beer or a coke. It is a good try and worthy of an encore.
