To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 🍗必食百里香烤雞仲記得啱啱開張，每隔半個鐘就有優惠時段$48.1隻，有唔少街坊出爐前就排定隊。作為街坊呢隻烤雞經常食，去野餐買一隻，或者拎返屋企當斬料加餸。皮脆肉滑，咬開仲有肉汁同油香，灑上嘅百里香更係惹味。呢返屋企翻焗都仲係好好食。 $48一隻，有呢個份量同水準，居民之福👍🏻另外海南雞都好滑溜，雞皮透薄，冇多餘肥滯。嗰度仲有餃子、米線：手撕雞、雞扒大碗飯同港式小食(碗仔翅、魚蛋)等，價錢相宜。唯一係店舖座位少，通常都係外賣拎走。
