全部item都好經濟幾十蚊咋,仲有好多選擇添。咁多人就咩都叫下啦,叫下辣野先。我地問店員咩咖哩係最辣,佢居然答我地:「青咖哩、紅咖哩、黃咖哩、白咖哩都辣架。」咁即係點?最尾佢推薦左青咖哩。平時都知道青咖哩同白咖哩係無咁辣,點解佢會推俾我地呢?

首先當然係食沙律做前菜先
,青木瓜沙律係泰國菜必備item啦!算係幾清新爽口,不過份量真係細到嚇人、只用平時茶樓用作盛杯既碟仔裝住。可能前菜比較細碟,我地又睇下其他菜係味咁先。

冬陰公湯又係細到離譜,
已經係叫大size,但每人只係分得兩三湯匙左右,咁不如唔好飲啦….我覺得個湯偏甜、而且唔夠酸同辣,但味道大致可以接受。

再來一個鳳爪、
從第三碟菜已經可以肯定呢間餐廳之所以碟碟菜都咁平係因為份量係出面既一半甚至三份一,同事們基本上無可能均分所有菜式,有人食唔到飯、有人食唔到沙律…呢個泰式酸辣鳳爪已經分開半隻半隻咁上碟,只有五個人夾左、每人半隻加一兩片洋蔥就無曬成碟,可想而知成碟有幾多!味道亦都係淡淡的,完全唔覺辣。

侍應推薦既青咖哩雞,
入面既雞唔可以用一件件黎形容、只可以話係一粒粒雞去形容。其餘配料只有零零落落幾片青紅椒同一兩粒草菇….各人都覺得被騙了~Again,店員口中話全餐廳既咖哩基本上一D都唔辣囉。﹝利申:平時我食雲X香只食微辣,小辣都受唔住﹞

個椰子炒飯味道唔錯,
全靠分到一碗仔個人先稍稍飽肚一d….但其實係同菠蘿炒飯無咩分別,只係個容器唔同左。而d椰子肉又長又大塊、喺個既底部無同個炒飯mix埋一齊,所以都無咩人會食d椰肉。

所以下次黎之前要確保自己係細食同埋會食下午茶、亦都係唔想食辣先好黎呀!

今日突然好想食泰國菜,於是lunch同兩位朋友去左chili club泰風味一下。這間餐廳沒有供應lunch set,全部單點,所以係lunch時段人流不多不用等位,亦感覺較寧靜。無骨風爪 - 味道一般,不太入味泰式蝦餅 - 熱辣辣,香口彈牙泰式蝦醬炒飯 - 蝦醬味濃郁,配上傍邊甜口豬肉泰式辣味炒河 - 河粉煙韌滑口,配上辣味肉碎,非常好吃咖哩豬肉 - 咖哩很香很野味,可惜這裡沒有供應薄餅或蒜蓉包,我們最終加了一個白飯用來配咖哩汁

食物質素非常好、非常正宗 的泰國餐廳, 我已光顧了很多次, 喜愛的食物有綠咖哩、椰漿肉 、醃牛肉 、柚子沙律 、蝦餅 、碎豬肉生菜包、 還有必吃的燒雞 味道有點像煙燻的、 好吃到停不了口、 最後當然少不了甜品 芒果糯米飯, 也是必吃的! 雖然不是地鋪要上一樓、但是地方寬敞很舒適! 價錢合理! 一想起吃泰國菜必定是這間!

我哋一行五人黎左灣仔呢間ChilliClub 聽聞已經開咗十幾年 六點晚市一開嘅時候未有咁多人都坐得幾舒服 不過我哋當中有個大肚婆所以冇食到咖喱炒蟹嗰啲common菜啲服務態度就好一般 有啲茶餐廳服務嘅影子 但餐廳環境係唔錯既 一開始首先叫咗啲前菜先啦 有沙嗲豬 酥炸鮮魷 啲豬有啲鞋 啲鮮魷有啲似天婦羅 有半碟都係洋蔥圈同青椒 成晚最好味都係菠蘿炒飯 幾足料 但其餘都係好一般 埋單六百五十幾 除番開百零蚊一個人 唔算太貴但整體質素麻麻

今晚我們再去咗灣仔駱克道嘅「辣椒會」食晚飯!我們叫咗炸脆米片「跟豬肉椰汁」、燒豬頸肉、炸魚餅、香茅炸鷄、辣青檸魚、豉油王炒河、粉絲蟹煲、蒜蓉炒通菜、馬蹄冰、芒果黑糯米飯同椰青!炸脆米片「跟豬肉椰汁」嘅脆米片炸得非常香脆,加埋椰汁一齊食,真係相當惹味!燒豬頸肉嘅肉質超嫩滑爽口!炸魚餅嘅肉質好彈牙,濃濃嘅香茅同冬蔭功味,真係非常惹味!香茅炸鷄嘅炸得肉質好香脆軟滑,唔會有「嚡」嘅感覺!辣青檸魚嘅賣相非常吸引,魚肉嘅肉質相當嫩滑!豉油王炒河炒得鑊氣十足,河粉亦好爽滑!粉絲蟹煲嘅蟹肉非常新鮮,味道超鮮甜,蟹嘅肉汁溶入晒粉絲入面,令粉絲充滿蟹嘅香味,極之惹味!

As usual, this dish is lovely, minced pork with olives on rice with some soy sauce poured onto it.
The rice at the bottom is nice and crispy while the rice in the middle is soft and fluffy complemented by the minced pork and salty olives.

The noodles were disappointing because they were just oily and tasteless.
The basil leaves were not fresh because they were dry and shrivelled up that there was no fragrant basil aroma.

相反,黃咖哩有驚喜
。對於不太嗜辣的我,剛好配合白飯,正。將青咖哩立刻比下去。順帶一提,白飯有大碗和小碗,我們人多,當然order碗大既share先,唔夠就再加碗細既。
