同朋友喺荔枝角D2 Place果度左一陣,見有D攰就系三樓食個個好西,三樓當中有一排有好多餐廳。當中以環境同氣氛最好的就系#Chill Vietnam Cuisine and Bar ,餐廳主打越法fusion 菜既餐廳,環境舒適又有休閒風情,空間感十足,方便我地兩個傾下計。🔸香煎鵝肝青蘋果米紙卷-$108 一口鵝肝入口即溶,晶瑩通透的米紙卷,沾上魚露,酸甜的清新口味,十分滋味👍🏻🔸火焰鐵板香蔥燒龍躉魚扒- $228魚件好大舊,火喉恰到好處,並沒有燶邊,除咗魚皮滑溜之餘仲帶有膠質。肉質結實,骨膠原滿滿,口感嫩滑。夾著葱絲入口,食得出魚肉既鮮味。值得推介👍🏻🔸家鄉燒豬腩肉伴懞-$78 約有八片燒豬腩肉,件件都燒到燶邊,口感都好好。五舊檬粉另外上碟。檬粉幼身滑溜。配上青瓜片一齊食。每一口都帶點酸酸甜甜,特別醒胃。🔸越式傳統糕點-$56 係薑汁糕,賣相精緻,嚼勁十足。傳統越菜之上加入創新,賣相精緻而質素唔錯,而服務態度親善有禮👍🏻
