今日同朋友想食Sunday brunch,網上見到呢間幾高分，所以一試。一入到餐廳，一個客都無，已經有點驚。 佢裝修係ok， 出面都有打卡位影相位。所以我地都照入來試吓。我地叫左Parma ham egg Benedict , salmon egg Benedict 同埋一份all day breakfast. 一上菜， 賣相都正常。我地一切開個蛋，個個都全熟。egg Benedict 精粹就係流心蛋，要有蛋汁先正。見到全熟我地都呆左🥹 同waitress 講，佢再幫我地煮番4隻半熟蛋。 我食左一啖全熟蛋，奇怪！好難食，蛋白味怪怪地。 後來半熟蛋煮好。放上去後，有點太生太水。雞蛋可能品質唔係太好。個egg benefit 醬都唔太好食，底下既包都普通。All day breakfast 方面，個牛角包好燶好細，咬落入面好濕，似係急凍貨再拎去焗下，其他材料算正常。最好食係牛油果同司華力腸。中間有個蛋又係全熟，蛋白又係有怪味。佢既all day breakfast 188, egg benefit 178價錢比一般餐廳貴d ,出面食到108-138左右既質素反而仲好。所以整體來講，性價比低同伏伏地。 唔敢再去。終於明白點解無咩生意。 continue reading

今晚撞正有Music Live Show，於是同朋友仔嚟食個晚餐、聽吓歌輕鬆吓。餐湯係濃郁粟米湯，主菜係肉眼扒跟大大碟薯菜，肉眼跟我意思三成熟岩岩好，甜品主力推介店舖新出嘅椰皇燉蛋白，甜得嚟唔會好溜，食完會想再叫多個，有凍同熱提供，叫熱嘅味道更佳👍，最後食埋碗芋圓湯圓仙草，好滿足，食飽飽繼續聽歌！Anyway，店鋪除咗Music Live，仲不定時有睇波活動，鐘意足球嘅朋友，都唔好錯過Chillax呢間餐廳😉 continue reading

家中小寶貝13歲生日，希望搵一間好食、可以喺室內涼冷氣、歡迎小毛孩、有寵物餐牌的餐廳、最好要有wine menu 搵左好耐，終於搵到超 Chillax，除咗滿足哂我所有願望，他們亦能提供令我喜出望外的服務，可以令一個唔寫食評既人，也要幫手推介一下。1. 人類食物 - 餐牌上的食物選擇雖然唔多，但有晚餐及小食選擇。蘑菇湯是用新鮮蘑菇打成，五成熟牛扒亦煎得剛剛好，炸物的時間控制亦很出色。2. 小狗食品 - 從來未試過有一間餐廳，有咁豐富的小狗餐牌，仲要有鮮食可以俾你選擇。Chillax 的小狗食物，不單賣相吸引，食材選擇嚴謹，很多也是對小狗有益的食材。 我的主子因為食物敏感的緣故，很多東西也不能吃，而且十分嘴刁。試過在很多其他餐廳所叫的小狗食物，只會作拍照用途，眼尾都唔搜一下。。。今次叫嘅彩虹蔬菜雞肉卷 & 鮮蝦雞肉卷蛋，我主子清哂，你就估到啲嘢食有幾好食！ 餐廳仲好好，知道小狗生日，幫我預備好蠟燭，令到我地有個好難忘嘅慶祝。3. 環境舒適，貼心服務 - 小狗有專用餐區，餐廳老闆很細心，在專區門口已安放欄柵，每張枱中間有諾大空間給小狗可以跑來跑去、清潔用品也見齊備。一坐下來除了安排人類飲用的水，亦有為小狗預備水兜。唯一美中不足的是，因為香港食環署的要求，食物須當作外賣處理，故此要用紙碟及膠餐具。我已經決定下次要自備餐具。 continue reading
