今日嗰陣大肚餓,就諗住行入去土瓜灣嗰間我長期光顧嘅店,每次去我都會叫成串嘅蒜心。咩叫「脆身」?啱啦,就係游水之後爽口到爆,而且個香蒜味,真係令人一再回味。緊係要拎碟沙律丸嚟湊對啦,唔知點解啲沙律爆漿嘅感覺就係咁令我痛快!想像下啖啖嘅酸甜爆發,啱哂解膩。千祈唔好錯過佢地嘅五花肉,咬落去個「滑溜溜」嘅口感,仲有醬汁嘅「醇厚」好味道,噢嘩,真係得意過癮!虎蝦又點少得,蝦膏呀,嗰個鮮呀,簡直就係海鮮嘅王者風範!另外,燒茄子同燒娃娃菜,一樣都令我拍手叫好,蒜香、青脆,無人能擋!岩燒雞全翼就真係畀個「香脆」兩字形容啦,雞翼外脆內嫩,想叫第二份都未算過分。最後甜品炸饅頭配煉奶,啲饅頭香得嚟,煉奶甜得嚟,真係食到「甜蜜蜜」。總之呢間店,食物水準一流,口感層次豐富,而且溫馨得嚟,就算身處市中心都有種鄉下嘅溫暖。絕對係我「打卡」嘅秘密基地!👅💥🎉 continue reading

今日黎到呢間燒烤店試下,之前行過幾次以為係酒吧無食過,今次見到有其他客食先知係燒烤店。。。點知俾我撞岩有特式海鮮食已經夠驚喜,點知味道更喜出望外,北寄貝二食真係出色,高湯煮肉夠鮮味,裙邊另外串起燒又夠惹味。。。肉類又係另一驚喜,幾款每一款嘅醃製或調味方式都唔一樣,無千編一律嘅感覺,連雞中翼同雞全翼都唔同醃法,完全食得出誠意同心思羊架嘅火喉同生熟度岩岩好,正佢食物種類都幾多,除左一般常見嘅款式外,仲有川式冷牛脷(冷盤),脆炸白蝦仔呢啲佐酒小食又講下環境先,有露天坐位,衛生環境唔算最好,但感覺反而好貼地,有些少大排檔feel,但見唔會坐得好迫或好嘈吵,氣氛其實唔錯,佢地另外都有房間,唔鐘意坐露天位,佢地都歡迎walk in客入坐,只要無人book都ok咁話老闆同員工都好吹得,食得好開心,又有生啤飲,以呢個服務同食物質素黎講價錢算唔貴,會多啲幫襯或介紹朋友 continue reading

同男朋友係屋企附近搵野食,巧遇士瓜灣串燒舖,見價錢又唔係貴,仲有海鮮食,就走入去試下。意想不到,無論味道、質素,都竟然比周邊的串燒舖好,無諗過係土瓜灣區呢啲小區都搵到呢種高質素的舖頭。廚師話今日有新鮮海鮮,估唔到呢啲小店都會肯預備成本甘高既身材!既然係甘,都本住比下面試下既心態叫啦!望住個menu,心諗咩料呀,串燒舖竟然有北寄貝,仲要係兩食?不過因為太心急食,唔記得咗影埋另一個食法😖😖(佢食法食1. 浸北寄貝,同時會附上2.燒裙邊),簡直係1次過滿足2個願望!平時去到潮州舖食烏頭,我都覺得有陣泥味,但男朋友話試下,咪叫囉,點知廚師整既烏頭,我又食唔到泥味喎!另外,廚師極力推介off menu 既吊貝,佢話同平時食既扇貝唔同,佢厚肉好多,而且仲要係再鮮甜啲,以我甘中意食甲殼類海鮮,一定要食啦!(廚師話隻吊貝係仲活生生,佢仲拎出黎比我睇,個殼仲識自己開合)食物好食,老闆好客,會抽時間同客人傾談,了解食客既意見,聽聞佢地間唔中仲會做off menu 既野食,而且廚師都好好,話如果提前訂座,想食咩特別野食都可以問下佢,隨時有機會食物仲可以係為你而設添嫁,令我都忍唔住book 左枱order 海鮮(長腳蟹,鮑魚,瀨尿蝦)好期待呀…另外提一提,呢到會直播英超球賽,可以一大班人一齊睇波飲酒食串燒,簡直係一流服務。聽老闆講,平時舖頭收2點,如果有球賽/特別日子有可能會收晏d。 continue reading

一日係土瓜灣街頭嘅轉角位,見到呢間本地燒烤店,好好奇,所以就諗住搵日去試。今次星期日晚市時間去到,發現餐廳竟然只有一枱可以坐,又好好采咁岩俾我坐到。 老闆話生意差係咁,唯有做下外賣生意,外賣串燒又點夠新鮮好食呢,所以梗係要坐底慢慢試。海鮮、燒肉、蔬菜都試左,係度就淨係Highlight幾樣。「珍寶紐西蘭肉眼扒」好大塊,店員都會問你要幾成熟,我地嗌左5成熟。嚟到會切好俾你,食落好夠肉汁。「蒜蓉燒蠔」嘅蒜蓉似係自家製,好香濃,但稍嫌蓋過蠔本身嘅味。蔬菜類嘅串燒都好足料,串到滿一滿,孜然茄子更係大份夾抵食,必食之選。 continue reading
