To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐冇去過家傳戶曉，今晚同屋企人又去食，五個人去叫咗七個餸，真係垃圾到不得了，冇任何一個餸講得出係好食，東坡肉完全係湯渣，炒四季豆食落口全部都係渣，真係求其走去搵一間上海菜館都好過你多多聲，電連最簡單嘅上海粗炒你都夠膽死炒到成坺糊仔咁，七碟餸我哋冇一碟係食晒全部都食淨一半，你收人哋咁嘅價錢呢啲預備功夫都冇做好冇揀好，七個餸真係求其有一個講得出係好食嘅我都當你贏，以前去過都唔錯㗎，而家真係垃圾完全係垃圾，收人咁嘅價錢你俾啲咁嘅嘢人哋食，啲出品同以前真係完全唔同晒，冇任何形容詞可以形容只係可以用垃圾形容！真心唔會再去，
