海港城間服務員態度差,男的似黑社會。食物嚴重不值價,條魚又老又韌,海參似罐頭,裝修雖好不代表食物好,這樣的水準連深圳都不如,都不知道管理人員是如何打理。至少要改善服務態度,否則執硬!一般茶樓都好過佢,如果我話事,先炒哂男侍應,重新訓練過的人,搵好的嘅管理層團體,購買食物要親力親為,不要让廚房自把自為,只有大幅度改變才能吸引人客,名聲響亮自然有回頭客。假期上去都只有三分之一客,可見之前已經有許多問題未解決。

星期日同老公去尖沙咀行街,到晚上食飯嘅時間,周圍都非常多人,在沒有訂位嘅情況底下,真的令人頭痛,我們周圍逛逛,終於諗到不如試試“唐人館“,因都聽到不少人介紹過這餐館,便嘗試看看有沒有位,到達餐館後見到門面的裝潢華麗,進入餐館帶著古典中國味及歐陸風格的裝潢,優雅花花圖案的設計,更顯高貴,而且還可欣賞到維港海景,環境真是超美優雅呀!因我和老公只有兩人,所以叫的餸菜並不多,只點了牛油焗由雞腿,梅菜扣肉煲,乾煸四季豆。呢個牛油焗田雞腿最好食略嫌太乾尚算ok

看到電視介紹後,就book 枱去試,平日晚上七時入座,人不多⋯⋯從門口入去時,每個員工都非常有禮貌,會打招呼,感覺良好 五星級酒店服務!裝修華麗、播放經典國語歌、好有老上海風格。從其他comment 已經知道係貴價中菜,其實價錢包埋 華麗裝修、環境優美、服務態度。約客食飯最好不過陳年花雕話梅蝦好入味,蝦肉實 時令芒果汁扇貝個芒果汁好味蒸雞 (個菜名吾記得)味道較為清淡一些鮑魚滷肉飯味道一般。服務員會不停換碟,斟茶,服務100分。

終於試左,論環境,只屬一般,不中不西,不太懂欣賞。這次選擇了$1480/位 的套餐,先來小食四式,除帶子那過比較特別,其他只是一般,未見突出。那個小南瓜翅,味道不錯,但食不出是什麼,像一般魚羹。食物質素一般,味精重,食完之後整夜口渴。服務質素一般,坐下發現匙更有菜積,通知更換但未見拿新的回來。食物味道偏濃,吃不出食材原有味道,魚啲味道完全無晒,燉和牛完全食唔出有乜特別,只可以當係一般牛腩。如已這個收費價錢,應可有更好選擇。

星期日又是家庭聚餐日, 仔仔女友請我們午茶, 特別訂了尖沙咀海港城的唐人館.  當日陽光燦爛, 人都開心D.   到達餐廳,  第一眼已被那不平凡的華麗裝修吸引著.   大堂空曠, 歐陸古典風格, 中間放置布藝印花大梳化, 旁邊有落地雕花玻璃大門, 對出是戶外露天花園座.   以香港目前租金高企, 除了酒店內的餐廳會有此佈罝外, 唐人館這個裝潢, 算是華麗佳作.餐廳左手邊是連接著大廳的西式設計, 桌椅是白色加上碎花布梳化, 侍應提醒, 訂位時要說明想坐的位置, 才可安排.侍應帶我們到己預留位罝, 是右邊廳, 先經過獨立 VIP 房.  再穿過通道,看見小偏廳, 牆上有掛畫, 內設大檯為主.我們訂的是主流設計, 配合中式食品的大廳.   這裡佈置有濃厚古典味,  橙紅色的绒布座椅和那顏色相當吻合的地毯, 感覺非常優雅, 枱上設小燈, 帶點法式味道, 湖水色的餐具, 不入俗套. 侍應的招呼很有禮貌,  金屬製的茶壺, 更見高檔.看看餐牌, 食品豐富, 價錢高中级.  有南北點心,經典點心,更不乏鮑魚, 海鮮彿跳牆,飯, 湯,魚翅...................我們午餐, 點了嚮鈴海鮮

飲茶怎可能不吃蝦餃這個{荀尖鮮蝦餃}亦都是出色之作,澄麵皮做得爽口不黏牙,內裏的蝦餃餡香味四射,原來是師傅加入了大地魚作祟,怪不得味道那麼鮮香加上爽口蝦仁,這蝦餃真的太令人亢奮了!

{安蝦鹹水角}有點似是故人來的名字,因為這*安蝦*現在很少餐廳會用上了,鹹水角炸得一點也不油膩,外皮爽脆內層更煙韌不黏牙,充滿豐富的豬肉菇菌作餡料,吃得大家也津津有味呢。

最終回的甜品{芋蓉燉鮮奶}更令我欲斷難斷啊~還是第一次品嚐這配搭,那幼滑香甜的芋蓉竟沒帶半點豬油便能做出這美妙效果真的十分驚嘆!接下來吹彈可破的燉3.6鮮奶更細嫩如雪滑不可擋,最重要是兩者平衡的宜誰也搶不了誰的鏡平分春色,最後冒著爆肚的危機將之全數清掉確是瘋狂的一夜!

But as there were really few people waiting I chose to sit down and wait at the sofa area. Subsequently more and more people arrived and the waiting area became full. Among all the people waiting, I noticed that we were the only Hong Kong people there and all the others were mainlanders. From time to time when the receptionists were free, they would talk to the waiting people to reassure them (they never talked to us). One by one the other groups (most arrived later than we did and of similar group size as us) were called and given tables and we were still waiting. After some 40 minutes we decided enough is enough and left. To Hong Kong people a 40-minute waiting time is no big deal. I am willing to wait much longer as long as the system is fair. But for this restaurant it is clear that they have chosen to adopt a queuing system which favours mainland people and punishes HK people. I will never visit this restaurant myself and will not recommend it to anyone. If they favour mainlanders so much then they should get out of Hong Kong and open restaurants directly in the mainland.
