今晚去左西環搵食神,其實係一間有位有名的主廚坐鎮🤭店內裝修跟舊式茶樓差不多,算乾淨。先來個特醬燒乳鴿,乳鴿皮脆卜卜,同埋幾多肉汁,味濃厚👍🏻。再來有吊片炒粉絲,上枱時炸炸聲,好夠獲氣,而且賣相都幾靚,粉絲又吸收成個煲的味道精華,正👍🏻。山楂汁咕嚕肉駕到,個汁炒到一絲絲,好夠黐🤣,而且菠蘿都好大舊,不過個賣相有點失色,但味道一流👏🏻。再來今晚主角到-星海斑(兩食),先來翡翠炒班球,嘩!啖啖肉,炒得香,睇見魚肉切紋就知新鮮😉,另一種是清蒸頭腩,雖然魚骨比較多,但骨與骨之間好多膠質,幾正。整體都不錯🙂。
