碼頭酸菜魚北角真心覺得佢好👍🏻喺北角去觀塘嘅碼頭,一啲都唔起眼,咁啱朋友見到入去試吓,未入去以為好似大排檔feel,入到去先至見到非常整齊乾淨,無論服務傳菜,清潔姐姐,廚師到收銀,都非常有禮貌同親切👍🏻👍🏻而佢哋星期日都有lunch set, $62大大碗,有飯/米線/寬粉可以選擇,超足料又好味,仲要包嘢飲,加兩蚊仲可以轉凍飲,見隔離枱炒小菜,個樣都非常好味,希望將來可以有機會試吓蕃茄濃湯牛- 非常足料,有好多菜同金菇,牛肉多而且唔韌👍🏻碼頭酸菜魚- 兩個朋友叫咗酸菜魚,一碗嘅魚完全冇骨,一碗啲魚有少少骨,但係都係非常傳統味道,好多料好好味黃金濃湯牛- 雖然佢餐牌上只有一隻辣椒,話好少辣,但係如果唔食得辣嘅朋友千祈唔好叫,都係叫蕃茄湯比較好😅不過佢味道係好好食嘅總括嚟講,個人覺得碼頭酸菜魚係好食抵食,值得去支持嘅小店👍🏻👍🏻 continue reading

一嚟到梗係試佢個招牌菜酸菜魚,再追加左個大腸,跟住叫咗個蒜蓉炒萵筍,初頭好有期待的,一嚟到賣相係唔差嘅,我跟住一試之下,完全冇味道,冇酸味,冇辣味,如果咁樣我都唔知E一味餸係咪叫做酸菜魚,啲魚係幾滑但完全唔入味,大腸就更加唔需要講啦,又係冇味,最厲害嘅一點就係可以連啲配菜都係唔入味,好似啲餸分開煮熟完就咁放上個湯底度,真係未試過咁差嘅酸菜魚,萵筍就是就咁一片片,普普通通,不是切絲。唯一出色嘅地方就係可以坐喺露天食下煙吹吓水試完一次冇下次 continue reading

一行三人食晚餐,第一次食酸菜魚,叫來了招牌酸菜魚,才知道酸菜魚原來沒有放酸菜,只是放黃芽白,湯頭只有少許辣,沒有酸味,長知識了。XO醬炒花枝片,不知道用了甚麼XO醬,味道只有嗆喉感覺,沒有香味,花枝片大小不一,沒有鮮味。椒鹽墨魚咀,應該改名為酥炸墨魚咀,一層厚粉漿包裹無味道的墨魚咀。芥蘭炒牛肉,牛肉鬆滑但無肉味。全晚比較好的算是冰鎮醉鮑魚,不過都應該改名叫冰鎮鮑魚,因為一點酒香都找不到。雖然食品水準很一般,服務都算很好。食完之後,在北角匯走一走,開始心跳加速,口乾,頭痛。唉,又一間重手味精餐廳。 continue reading

話說某一晚去北角滙食dinner, 順便行去碼頭走一走,發現原來有一間食酸菜魚的食肆,決定揾一日來一試。店子座位不算多,裝修亦很簡單,但頗有風味,老闆十分好客,店員服務亦佳,全程食得好開心。午市一人套餐共有4款,$62包飯/寬粉和飲品,十分抵食。另外還有招牌酸菜魚系列,經典下酒小食和30款碼頭小炒, 選擇甚豐。馳明碼頭酸菜魚$188~生魚片肉質嫩滑Q彈,湯底酸中帶微辣,亦有鮮甜味道。配料十分豐富,有紹菜,芽菜,金菇菜,木耳,辣椒和薯粉,酸酸辣辣十分開胃。椒鹽鮮魷魚$98~炸漿好薄好脆,炸到金黄鬆脆,鮮魷又新鮮又彈牙,配上炸蒜十分滋味。招牌黃金海中蝦$108~黄金蝦炸到好乾身好脆口,連殼都可以食埋,蝦的肉質爽彈又有蝦味,整隻蝦都鋪滿咸蛋黄,咸香惹味,好正!薑蔥炒豬潤$88~豬潤好厚身,經過多次出水,除了無腥味,還十分滑溜軟嫩,爽口彈牙,以薑葱炒非常香和有鑊氣。 continue reading
