前一日喺度搵緊元朗有咩特色Cafe好食,咁岩見到呢間Cafe裝修幾靚、茶具幾特別,所以提前預約左同個friend去high tea。入到去店主好好起咗近窗台位我哋坐。想提一提呢間Cafe係要提前預約定位先可以,因為位置不多。入到去同普通Cafe唔同,有好多中式茶選擇。我哋叫咗胡一千零一夜味道好特別,原來係台灣嘅紅茶。跟住叫咗個三文魚茶漬飯,呢個我自己好鍾意,喺個水壺度可以倒啲堅魚湯浸住個三文魚飯,食落去嘅味道好鮮甜,10分推薦這個餐廳。

月亮牛奶的概念,源自於古印度一門,名為阿育吠陀(Ayurveda)的傳統醫學體系。而魔幻藍月亮以碟豆花入饌,有鎮靜凝神的作用。滿月則由金盞花配製,有防止發炎、安神、鎮靜的功效。以溫熱牛奶為底,加入蜂蜜、肉桂、草藥及印度人蔘。佈滿花瓣的月亮牛奶吸睛度及營養價值都十分高。

經Openrice發現依間小店門面好靚,食物都好似好精緻,決定同友人一早訂位去試試。準時兩點到達,餐牌有多款不同茶飲同野食,揀左好耐,大概2:25落單。茶飲大概幾個字送上,揀左阿里山金萱茶,茶有淡淡香味 不錯。之後問題就開始了,食物等左成個鐘先到,等到啲茶都凍了。叫了月見蒜香照燒安格斯牛柳丼,一上桌就知中伏了,啲牛燒到乾晒、好鞋,飯就煲到淋晒好似BB食胡仔咁,收$128俾啲咁既質素客人,店面再靚都冇用了,不推介亦不會再幫襯。

是日繼續walk in搵食哩間路過門口以為係massage 定做facial😂因為門面好clean店名細細大門又唔係透視差d就走寶喇好在夠八卦原來有台灣熱茶飲啱晒我哋口味walk in都好彩有窗邊位可能太早到叫嘢食都等咗大半個鐘啱晒假期慢活就不追不趕啦先來東方美人泡得剛好放涼後都無苦澀而且好大壺已大大加分定食點咗一夜干皮脆肉滑配上羅白漬豆腐昆布麵豉湯煮得非常好!不枉久等完全out of expectation 諗起平時喺港島食幾多「租金」落肚即刻想哭雞肉冷烏冬個主菜——雞肉又係畫龍點睛!皮脆厚肉食得出大廚嘅手勢以為哩一餐近乎完美😂埋單去埋洗手間先知店主嘅執著廁所當然啱影相啦想體驗就自己去啦😄
