見到題目,不要以為我打錯了第二間餐廳其實呢間魚蛋粉係有提供飯餐的,不過只係豉油撈飯+餐飲的套餐講返個飯,有餐蛋,腸蛋同腿蛋飯三款選擇,準備好材料,再加上豉油,就食得了聽起來普通,就像最初朋友同我講話去呢間食豉油撈飯一樣,很難想到好味,不個實際上,蛋同埋腸仔等會即叫即整,出到來新鮮夠熱,蛋的賣相不算好,但口感一流腸仔就已經切開,食得更方便,而飯方面,更是溫而不盪,從飯的質素可見基本功十分穩固再加上豉油,原來豉油撈都可以咁好味~這一餐晚餐為$26,份量剛剛好從小處看到這餐廳的心思,值得下次再來試下他的魚蛋粉返璞歸真反而會有新發現,視乎我們是否願意嘗試 continue reading

通常去第一次去的粉麵舖都會吃魚旦河.潮興的舖都幾大, 有十幾張5人小圓枱.能夠在東大街咁多粉麵舖下經營, 都有番咁上下啦.d魚旦好彈牙, 很有魚味. 魚片就普普通通啦. 湯都幾好. 這間舖有電視的, 是比隔鄰安利其中一個優勝的地方吧. continue reading
