這兒嘅糯米雞好精細好靚好好味每一啖都要細嘗。

這個咖啡奶凍好像一般酒樓的紅棗糕,一塵一塵的,是咖啡愛好者的首選點心😙

稻草鴨這味菜是全個晚餐我排第二位最喜歡,脆皮牛坑腩真無敵,堅企第二,第二就必屬這味稻草鴨。

稻草鴨個名本身已夠特別,我從未聽過,所以叫了之後都不知會是什麼樣的。到廚房上菜時才知是什麼樣。

入口第一啖已覺特別,好香脆鬆化的皮,香口得來又不會感覺熱氣,剛剛恰到好處,鴨是瘦身,大家從照片都可以看到並無肥膏。好一個稻草鴨。

因為好好食,個名又特別,故此上網搜尋一下資料,原來這是浙江區傳統名菜。制作非常複雜。

先用把鴨以花椒等材料醃漬一小時,再把鴨放在特製燻筒,以稻草煙燻15分鐘,然後再輕炸,再烤。這麼多工序的餸當然是出街食,自己不會想煮的。正,推介稻草鴨👍😊

總體來說,每碟都好味,而且份量也非常足,碟大之外,餸都是足量的👍如果一家大細有老有嫩,又或一大班人就更正,可多叫不同餸來share一齊食,試多幾味,推介這間潮庭。全晚最讚是脆皮牛坑腩及稻草鴨,兩大必吃💖💖

上菜可能有點慢,可能是父親節後的星期日晚比較多人。一家人當聚會便無問題😊😊

綜合食左咁多次,下面幾樣係必點既。

鵝片配豆腐:黎食潮州嘢點可以唔叫滷水嘢食,揀咗個鵝片配豆腐,我咁鍾意食豆腐就一定覺得豆腐係好食嘅,鵝片冇渣滷水汁唔太鹹,下次可以試埋其他滷水。

炸乳鴿:呢間潮廷同翠苑唔同,最少要叫兩隻乳鴿,炸係炸得幾好食嘅不過油多咗啲,同埋其實都好細隻冇乜肉

星期日下晏去太古城朝庭飲茶。 隨意叫左幾個餸包括馬拉糕,黑糖馬拉糕,牛柏葉,蠔餅,魚頭,薄罉,布丁,紅棗糕同叉燒腸粉。 食物質數黎講其實都okay 蠔餅同紅棗糕算above average. 紅棗糕甜度同紅棗味啱啱好而蠔餅一直都系呢間酒樓其中一樣招牌菜。除左食物之外,值得一讚嘅系佢個新裝修比系而錢光猛,3-6 個人嘅桌比以前多左,雖然等位依然系要等好耐(通常公眾假期期間)。 總結而言,呢間餐廳作為美新集團旗下一個老品牌,食物質數相對穩定,但價錢就比較貴(可能系因為太古城)。 性價比黎講唔算高。

今天下午要上堂,上午索性不上班了,難得偷閒一個上午,陪爸媽嘆個早茶吧☕️早上八點半茶客不多,很是清靜🔇爸媽每天都相伴嘆茶,早就吃膩了各酒樓的所有點心,今天轉來潮庭換換口味😋爸爸甚是開胃啊🤤😂紅色的外皮說是用紅米做的,我有點懷疑🤨但內裡包裹著炸得香脆的蝦肉,加上淡淡的紫菜香味,雖然外皮沒什麼特別,但整體味道配搭出色,讚👍單看賣相甚是吸引,可惜外皮略為厚,蝦肉不夠爽實,也吃不到筍絲,但味道出奇的好,不至於一敗塗地🤭爸爸是嘴刁之人,但也說這個蝦膠做得不錯👍合格了✅

紅色的外皮說是用紅米做的,我有點懷疑🤨但內裡包裹著炸得香脆的蝦肉,加上淡淡的紫菜香味,雖然外皮沒什麼特別,但整體味道配搭出色,讚👍
