年尾忙碌完一輪,終於可以放下假,同至愛睇下早場,飲飲茶,輕鬆一下啦。係太古城睇完早場,過左四期嘅朝庭飲茶。由於時間尚早,去到就有位。酒樓感覺挺舒服新淨,相信剛裝修不久吧。 酒樓嘅點心都有啲好精致特別薑蔥牛柏葉去酒樓飲茶,我定必會點嘅其中一個點心。呢樹嘅牛柏葉蒸得吾錯,充滿薑蔥香味,十分惹味又爽口。菠蘿叉燒包新鮮烤焗,外表相當吸引。金黃表層酥脆、熱軟軟。甜甜鹹鹹嘅叉燒餡料吾會太肥,多汁好味。黃金炸油粿傳統潮州食品,同廣東炸煎堆差吾多,外面金黃軟糯,中間餡料係花生同芝麻,相對甜左少少。晶瑩鮮蝦餃除了外表顏色鮮艷,味道同平時食嘅蝦餃分別不大。欖菜肉碎炒飯炒得夠幹身,米飯粒粒分明。肉碎配欖菜好夾,味道清新。

係太古城見完客,約咗舊同事喺太古城中心四期嘅潮庭飲茶。裝修後第一次嚟,整間酒樓感覺空間感大了,比以前更舒服。欖菜肉碎鹹水角鹹水角外脆內軟糯,但餡料同廣東嘅完全吾同,採用欖菜碎肉又係另一種口味。馬拉糕鬆軟嘅外型,叫人忍不住立即動筷。口感豐富彈牙香口,充滿糖香同蛋香味,食落吾黏牙又吾會太甜。竹笙菠菜餃皮薄見餡,菠菜嫩綠,不過味道就比較淡。炸雲吞雲吞皮炸到脆卜卜,完全冇油膩感,沾上甜酸醬,非常好味。糯米包黃色嘅燒賣皮内包住香軟嘅糯米,吾係咁多酒樓可以食到,呢個係一個唔錯嘅點心。

星期日飲早茶一定要預早D排隊攞位,否則在酒樓門口等個零鐘是基本了!今天卜咗位去太古城果間潮庭,新裝修,好企理,服務員D制服好醒目,潔而有禮貎!坐落開茶叫點心食,叫咗一個XO醬炒腸粉($55)一個滷水小四拼($68)一個海鮮煎薄罉($48)XO醬炒腸粉,畧帶微辣,引起食慾,腸粉軟滑,混和有瑤柱絲的XO醬,十分可口!滷水小四拚,以潮式滷水鵝片,滷肉、墨魚片、滷水豆付,仲有海蜇舖底!這個小食,有潮州滷水製作的精髓!好味!海鮮煎薄罉,有墨魚,蟹柳、蝦肉香芹,荽茜等等做配料、鲜甜而香口但嫌味道畧淡!整體食物水準不錯,座位舒服,觀景開揚(因為近窗口位置是看到外面公園景色的)景色怡人!

上星期到太古城舊公司附近見客,之後約左舊同事去潮庭飲茶。預先訂左位,所以吾使等就可以入座。裝修後嘅潮庭感覺比以前舒適同光猛左。點心款式新穎,形象栩栩如生。我哋兩個人點左4樣嘢,份量剛好。豉汁鳳爪(中)豉汁鳳爪係點心中我最愛其中之一,每次到茶樓都會點。用豆豉同辣椒等醬汁蒸出嘅鳳爪非常入味! 蒜蓉蒸鮮魷(大)鮮魷大大隻,啖啖爽口,豆卜吸收蒜蓉汁同樣好味。燒賣(大)燒賣亦係飲茶必食嘅點心。大大粒燒賣,蝦肉爽口彈牙。海鮮煎薄罉見到隔離檯點左碟薄罉,份量超大。於是我哋都叫左碟試下。味道吾錯,好香口完全吾油膩。吾知係咪心理作用,裝修後嘅點心好似好味左。
