還記得疫情期間也常來光顧,喜歡消毒清潔做得好好。間距足(當時)之餘,工作人員的態度也很親切。
反之今日卻有如此質素和服務人員,可以去到如此不堪!

喺太古城飲早茶(係好早),其實冇乜選擇,大部份都開10點,除咗food court裡面有一間 ,跟住就係朝庭了。早上8點經過,見到入面冇乜嘢人(可能真係太早),走入去試試。入面環境好大,地方好開揚,外邊的陽光射入落地玻璃,場內環境好舒服。呢度大部份點心係用QR code 落單的 , 除了一個晨早特惠双寶需要手寫落單。由於人數不多,我地點左個特惠双寶(有一個粥同一款點心),另外點了芥辣咸水角,豉汁蒸鳳爪,鮮蝦腸粉,蒸牛拍葉。樣樣都唔差。

今日想食潮州嘢,附近只有呢一間,本來冇乜期望,但入到去都覺得坐得幾舒服,而且裝修唔似酒樓,有新鮮感。平時飲茶都會食鹹水角,但呢度嘅鹹水角加咗欖菜,加入左潮式風味,喺出邊未食過,有啲驚喜哦。馬拉糕唔係平時用嘅黃糖,反而用咗黑糖,多咗黑糖嘅清香。馬拉糕做得又鬆軟,食得好開心。已經好耐冇食過鵪鶉旦燒賣,三粒大大粒而且入邊仲加咗潮州人好鍾意嘅大地魚,香口咗好多。反而呢個酥炸脆脆碎腩粒係今日咁多樣嘢比較失色嘅一味,其實我好鍾意食炸牛腩,但由於佢用嘅係碎腩粒,大小不一,而且相差都幾遠,其中有啲係一整舊嘅肥膏。我覺得炸腩粒不妨可以用稍為瘦啲嘅牛腩,出到嚟嘅感覺會冇咁油膩。
