Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 受人邀請到潮庭用餐   原本對間餐廳期望值都幾高  無諗過會咁令人失望唯一滿意的菜式當屬紅燒翅    翅根根分明   湯羹濃厚醇正   配上芫荽非常可口但其他菜式就實在係難以給出高評價      川椒雞:  雞塊去走雞皮  每塊大小亦都方便入口     醬汁雖然幾充足 卻同菜名完全沒有關係     可以講係完全無味    差唔多食曬整盤先有人話feel到少少微弱嘅花椒香氣      如果菜名叫  醬燒雞    或者我會接受D煎面:講係兩面煎但用筷子夾起已經鬆鬆散散   麵條散落到成盤都係    同埋煎到嘅面都唔夠香脆口鹹魚蒸肉餅: 鹹到每人食咗一舊之後無人願意再食   係鹹到令人想瘋狂飲茶嘅程度   可能係鹹魚用量過大啦

這是我經常幫襯的其中一間潮州菜館。我最喜歡喝它的杏汁豬肺湯,煎雙面黃麪,滷水鵝腸,芥末蝦球。首先豬肺湯內的豬肺洗得很白浄,杏仁味適中,小白菜又不會煑得過熟,不過記得要預訂,不然會賣光或要等最少半小時。雙面黃已不多餐館做,這家還煎得特別脆但又不會焦,所以每次去都想吃這道菜。芥末蝦球算是fusion菜,蝦球夠大,芥末味香而不嗆鼻。滷水鵝腸選料很好,又肥又大,不會醃得太咸。餐館整體裝俢可以,服務也符合集團形象,只是枱與枱之間有點近,坐滿時會有點逼和嘈。

公眾假期結束了,在尖沙咀搵間可以訂位的中餐食店,真困難!見食評不差,又可以訂位,就一試!到達後等了大約15分鐘!唔知我們是否生客,待應並沒有奉上潮州茶!到埋單前,見別的枱上有,以為埋單時會有!結果也是欠奉!又怎可以收取高昂的茶錢$17/位!點了普寧豆腐,賣相極差,味淡淡的,卻非常糊口,而且有些似食臭豆腐的滋味,但臭豆腐好味千萬倍!我食了一口,想吐出來!脆皮鹽焗雞,皮是脆的,但有少許肥!雞肉完全食不到有有雞味、亦沒有鹽焗的味道!雞腿肉也不嫩滑!蝦棗拼蟹棗,蝦棗肉質鬆散!蟹棗還可以!好彩個汁算幾好味!原本想食完這幾個餸再點其他,但太失望,寧願晚一點食夜宵!

Started with Deep fried minced pork and prawn roll wrapped in beancurd skin.

We had both the black pepper crab and the chili crab.

The black pepper was more fiery in my opinion but the chili one was tantalizing and it came with roti so you could dip it in the eggy sweet chili sauce.

另一主角黑椒蟹,特別從馬來西亞採購砂勞越的優質黑胡椒,以牛油香炒,放在桌上已感香氣濃郁。吃一口,初時以為不太辣,但胡椒的辛辣慢慢開始從舌頭傳到大腦,味道是辣在骨子裡。論辣度,黑椒蟹應該比辣椒蟹更強,椒香令蟹味更加突出,也更加惹味,兩種截然不同的煮法,各有特色,但同樣精彩。

激情過後,是時候慢慢回歸平靜。麥皮金絲蝦是這晚除蟹以外印象最深刻的,大蝦上的「金絲」,其實是把蛋汁以慢火快炒而成的細絲,當中再加入檸檬葉和麥皮,香脆惹味卻又帶點檸檬清香,比墊底的大蝦更搶鏡。

既為「星潮尋味」,除了星洲,當然也要試試潮州菜。砂鍋黃豆醬焗斑扒以潮州菜中常見的黃豆醬烹煮,黃豆醬軟化石斑扒的同時也讓黃豆醬的咸香滲入魚肉之中,沒有之前幾款菜式的複雜味道,卻很直接好吃。

這次「星潮尋味」共推出了兩款特色甜品,其中一款是椰皇杏汁雪糕。椰皇裡的,是以純椰皇水、椰子肉及椰漿混合而成的奶凍,香滑之餘,中間還有一絲絲的椰子肉增加口感。頂上一球椰子杏汁雪糕,冰涼清香,整個甜品如雪般白滑,清甜滋潤,不止女士,連男士都十分喜愛。

另一款甜品是富新加坡特色的星洲榴槤蛋撻,撻上的是馬來西亞貓山王果肉和蛋漿的混合,剛焗好的熱力讓滿室榴槤飄香,同桌的大家吃得津津有味,但可惜我不吃榴槤,無福消受了。

今日喺尖沙咀潮庭飲茶、食了一碗潮州方魚肉碎粥!雖然並不是超美味,但係都可以彌補一下味覺中的空虛和這很久未嘗的味道。粥底方魚(大地魚)味道香濃、用料都好豐富,有蔥花、冬菇絲,方魚碎,豬肉碎、魚片等。味道當然不能夠與九龍城某潮洲相比、但性價比高!

今天是家庭日,當然晚上一家三口去潮庭吃潮州菜,公司出了花紅獎金,當然要請爸爸媽媽大吃一頓!我的最愛是杏汁燉豬肺湯,品道清甜,豬肺很爽口,我和爸爸都喝光光了!頭盤是鵝掌鵝翼,這味招牌菜令我百吃不厭,我覺得很入味,鵝掌鵝翼很新鮮,味道很濃,伴酒剛剛好!煎蠔烙今晚有点遜色,蛋煎得較簿身,蠔仔又較小,但很多,因客人太多,所以不是太熱,我較喜歡熱辣辣!潮州富貴木桶飯很香口,很夠獲氣,媽媽吃到停不了口!唯一有点美中不足是酒香紅炆肋骨,份量較少,入醃得不夠味,有少少失望!杏仁茶是我和爸爸最愛的,保養皮膚就最好了,我每次也得喝上一碗!今晚真抵吃,才八百元,吃得開心,吃得值得!
