 The staff were friendly , but the restaurant set up is quite packed,  which is full house on Friday night. If you liked dessert and sweet,  try the Chiu Chow style one - the crystal "balls" filled with lotus seed paste and the yam paste with gingko nuts. Both excellent!

來過潮庭多次,每次都讓我很滿意。我們這次五個人,AE 咭有七五折,其實甚為抵吃,食物水準超級高。這裏吃的是潮菜,以潮州酒樓而言,這間水準算是高級了。鹵水拼盤,我們選了鵝片及墨魚。普寧豆腐,也是正宗潮州菜。川椒雞,很惹味。𧐢蛒也是我很喜歡的菜式,蠔味重。春菜煲,不是潮州菜館不容易吃到,菜很冧,我很喜歡;這是我自少就吃的家常菜式,家中煮,還會加上排骨。沙爹牛河也是我的至愛;河粉不會太冧,彈牙,沙爹味道一流,牛肉大大片,很新鮮。炒飯也做得不錯,飯很乾身。雙面黃很考功夫,外脆內軟,這道菜在外面不容易吃到,因為真的要時間去做。即興還來了一個魚蛋粉,味道也是不錯,不過就沒有甚麼特別了。釀豆腐,比較清,很健康。飯後意猶未盡,還來了一個綠豆爽,很久沒有吃過了。甚為滿意的一餐,我還會經常來;如要來就要訂位,因為星期五,六經常滿座。

濃得有點苦澀味的功夫茶,愛茶之人是會渴上癮的,就像愛巧克力的人喜歡黑朱古力的苦一樣。這𥚃的咸酸茶味道調得非常好,再加了青瓜雲耳花生,酸甜爽脆!
