To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 其實本身想點其他點心,可以,友人看到隔壁食客,食緊「豉椒排骨炒麵」,好似幾好食😋咁。所以又想食!
我本身都喜歡食!但想講,個面幾脆身!好好食😋!而且不算太咸。排骨做得好出色!豬肉排骨好滑身,爽口,彈牙,都好新鮮,有驚喜!不錯👍🏻!
「芋絲春卷」,都好好👍🏻食!現在都不是很多酒樓有呢種春卷食。但,這裡都是做得很好!好食!值得推介!
「百花釀魚肚」,魚肚份量是很有足,不似外面得細細舊。而且膠質重,都算厚身,很好!花膠都好食。

被宣傳單張吸引而下單嘅肉蟹煲,可惜大失所望!性價比極低,整煲只有一小隻肉蟹,略嫌份量唔夠,配菜嘅蘿蔔糕亦只有三小塊,份量極少 😔 滷水鵝肉則味道還可以,不過不失。

煎蠔餅算係最有特色嘅潮州菜,可惜蠔餅完全冇香脆嘅感覺,軟腍腍的質感,口感亦偏向麵粉味重,不推薦😟

豆苗味道不錯,始終係秋冬季實屬豆苗豐收嘅季節💕略嫌花膠絲口感硬身。

值得一讚牛肉粒牛味濃郁有驚喜!但只提供少量蘑菇,反而有大量蓮藕粒,與其菜單名稱嘅描述不同😥

Despite being attracted by promotional material, the crab casserole was disappointing with low value for money. Only a small crab and three small pieces of radish cake for $400, the portion seemed insufficient. 😔 The goose is decent but not outstanding.

The pan-fried oyster cake, a distinctive Chaozhou dish, lacked the expected crispiness. It had a soft, doughy texture, and the taste was overly dominated by flour. Not recommended. 😟

The pea shoots tasted good, but the fish maw shreds were a bit tough. Still, pea shoots are a good choice during the abundant season in autumn and winter. 💕

The beef cubes deserve praise for their rich flavor. However, the dish had fewer mushrooms than expected, replaced by a large amount of lotus root cubes, deviating from the menu description. 😥

💬 This dining experience was disappointing. Although I had confidence in the Chiu Tang Chun brand, the food quality did not meet expectations. 😟
潮江春正門中間是招待處,左側入口,由于尚早,座位很多,我們隨意坐一張小圓枱。座位淺灰色軟座,坐落舒服,頭頂天花掛着大大的水晶玻璃吊燈拾幾廿盞,裝潢豪氣,燈光閃閃柔和。服務員很快送來茶,提示要掃碼畫點心。
手機掃二維碼後,見閑日同假期點心價錢都相差幾大距離,我們點了三款喜歡吃的,叉燒腸粉,百花魚肚,金錢肚。
叉燒腸粉:腸粉厚薄適中,包裹着粒粒叉燒,咬一口,相當夾,粉不粘牙有咬口,混合叉燒的甘香唔錯。
百花魚肚:魚肚托着蝦膠、表面再添加橙紅色的魚仔,好靚,蝦膠的鮮甜爽口、魚仔的索索聲真系無得頂,魚肚吸盡蝦膠的汁液,軟棉鮮甜好食好正。
金錢肚:沙爹醬汁均勻不厚不薄,牛肚炆到剛剛好,有嚼頭,細細粒豆腐卜墊底,吸咗啲汁野味。
歇後語:茶壺開蓋,久久無人理,服務員經過向她招手,也看不見。
欠錯細心及服務質素,不欣賞
最後是潮州蠔仔粥,材料足料,有豬肉碎,有蠔仔,都十分之飽滿,入口順滑,幾好食,粥底(湯),都好鮮甜,而重點是,粥內放了一些柴魚,脆脆口,令到整體口感提升,呢碗粥真係不錯,不過,不夠熱。再熱啲可能會更好。
不過,我哋發現,酒樓茶錢及點心價錢好似比之前貴左,可能我沒去一排,加粥價我不知道? 是日4個點心,加每位茶介$17,合並$233。還好。

鴛鴦水晶包
賣相粒粒晶瑩通透, 分別是紫薯、蓮蓉兩款餡料, 皮薄餡多, 非常滿足
滋補紅棗糕
紅棗糕味道清甜、口感軟糯, 蒸後散發陣陣紅棗清香
餐廳服務不錯, 略嫌枱與枱之間空間感比較少, 上菜快又主動收碟加茶, 沒有限時, 可以慢慢食

不選套餐,自己點餐,點的全部都是家常潮菜。
坐下先吃前菜,小小一個豉油碟的大小,盛滿大堆食材,有花生、青瓜、木耳、豆乾,酸菜。味道調配得很好,各人都吃過不停。
再嚐不同款式菜餚,樣樣俱佳。.
炸雙棗,分別是蝦膠和蟹肉做餡,配上馬蹄粒,口感結實。表層全部都炸得金黃
滷水鵝肉,鵝肉嫩滑,滷水汁不太鹹,皮層脂肪不多,容易咀嚼。
家鄉煎蠔烙,圓圓一大餅,分了八件,剛好每人一件,蠔肉粒粒鮮甜,加蛋煎出中心軟邊皮脆的效果,蛋味足,好吃。
碧螺珠菜川椒雞,醬汁均衡包裹每件雞肉,味道濃郁,碧螺珠菜炸出脆脆口感。
沙茶芥蘭炒牛肉,芥蘭青爽,牛肉嫩,沙茶醬充足,很惹味。
黃金煎伊麵,麵底保持濕潤,麵面就保持香脆,加上糖和醋伴食,食味佳。
椒鹽九肚魚,魚身被薄薄的脆漿包裹,每一件都炸得香脆可口。
反沙芋,這是一道手工菜,每條手指般大小的芋頭,加入沙糖炒勻至芋頭乾身,整條芋頭外層都都佈滿沙糖,一口咬下,又甜又軟糯。
鴛鴦水晶包,包的皮軟綿綿又煙韌,兩款餡料各有特色,蓮蓉豆蓉都很美味。
八人吃得飽飽又滿足。

潮州四式拼盤,有蝦餅蝦丸,海蜇同鹵水鵝片。普普通通,蝦丸蝦餅唔夠熱,海蜇正常,鵝片正常。
脆皮雞係亮點,皮脆肉滑,食味道。
潮式蒸魚比較腥,不過個魚開邊有啲特別,配以豬肉條,酸菜,都有一番風味。
鮑魚海參又係比較普通。
燉湯夠濃,好味足料,值得一試。
最後紅棗糕因為太飽無食,打包返屋企。
整體環境同服務唔差,新淨闊落,2枱中間有隔版。
