To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大約11:00左右到達潮江春,幸好今天只需等3張台便到我們了。但酒樓內入座率都高,坐滿食客。一如既往,來到潮酒酒樓,我都喜歡點「潮州糯米卷」,我覺得好好食😋! 另外一個「百花釀魚肚」都係我喜愛的點心。 之後點了一個「沙律明蝦角」,呢個便第一次食,皮簿,炸得香脆,蝦🦐肉都算大隻及新鮮,口感不錯,好食!最後是潮州蠔仔粥,材料足料,有豬肉碎,有蠔仔,都十分之飽滿,入口順滑,幾好食,粥底(湯),都好鮮甜,而重點是,粥內放了一些柴魚,脆脆口,令到整體口感提升,呢碗粥真係不錯,不過,不夠熱。再熱啲可能會更好。不過,我哋發現,酒樓茶錢及點心價錢好似比之前貴左,可能我沒去一排,加粥價我不知道? 是日4個點心,加每位茶介$17,合並$233。還好。
