早上打電話訂午餐,話不用訂,中午12:50去到,取票等位,問知客要等多久,因只是等2個號碼到我們,但她十問十不應,還在笑,態度很有問題,我朋友從外國回來,不想轉地方,怕通知不到換地方,等了大约40分鐘,有另一位女經理出來看等位情況,我同她講我們己等了很久,由她安排到抬,本應想在這間酒樓訂婚宴,因新裝修及地点方便,但己打消這個念頭了。

兩個月前,裝修漂亮,去試試點知中伏、當時我們晚上試菜,找了一個經理接待,當晩以為他們很忙,不理好不好就打算在過年擺四圍枱團拜,按照這個經理的要求,給了訂金,訂了時間和點了菜。到前兩天12 點到酒樓,比預訂時間早了,當時不為意,到差不多,12.30 才知道原來他們是沒有幫我們留枱,因為我們是主人家,當時陸續親戚到場,我們非常之尷尬,跟住我跟個經理理論,當時這個經理態度惡劣,還罵我們。我們真估不到香港這個旅遊購物天堂,既然會有那態度惡劣酒樓經理,希望大家如果想在這間酒樓擺酒,真的要想清楚,否則喜事變壞事

陳年老友茶聚最喜歡到皇室堡九樓的彩福婚宴酒樓,交通方便,環境好。酒樓最近新裝修,主調彩藍,美侖美奐,連窗框也是古典設計,既新潮又古雅,坐在那裡,與老朋友談天說地,心情特別愉快開心。這裹的點心款式多,一向好水準,裝修後價格也沒特別提高。我們七人點了一個孖寶套餐,包括一碟素鵝拼燒腩仔及一碟凉瓜龍躉腩炒河粉,另送一碟上湯浸通葉,樣樣好味,又抵食。我們另外再要了十多款點心及小食,最值得推薦的是燒汁虎椒牛仔粒,汁甜美肉粒鮮嫰,虎椒微微辣,清爽開胃。最後幾個小甜品:心型紅豆糕、紫薯糕及香芒mousse ,都非常美味可口,值得推薦!

中午12點就已經帶著屋企人過嚟排隊啦,點知仲係好多人,不過相信排隊排咗咁耐都係值得嘅三個人點咗一個套餐,入面有炒飯,仲有冷菜拼盤,炒飯口味比較清新,偏淡,雖然入面無菜,不過會有豆腐同蝦仁份量略少..冷菜拼盤嘅海蟄好好味,味道唔會話好咸每次嚟親都會必點嘅杏片千層糕上早咗,搞到食嘅時候已經凍曬啦已經無咁好食啦芒果布甸12蚊,好平,不過都好細份,不過整成錦鯉嘅賣相都係幾得意嘅,好啱小朋友嘅一道甜品,加淡奶好好味!

平日下午茶時段,皇室堡樓下商舖都幾冷清。上黎飲茶,點知都好多人等位,等左半個鐘先有位。呢度近窗邊有一大排玻璃,仲望到海景,好開掦。銅鑼灣區酒樓,下午茶竟然好抵食。個人喜歡飲鐵觀音,而彩福既鐵觀音我覺得係眾多酒樓中最好飲,茶味夠又清新,仲有回甘。全部野食都夠熱夠份量,味道又好!茜芹鮮蝦炸春卷($20),有四條,蝦肉彈牙~香茜牛肉腸($20),牛肉夠滑,仲有我鍾意既芫茜露筍鮮蝦腐皮卷($20),四件足料。香煎芋頭糕($16),每次彩福必食之選,有四件,煎得香脆,又多芋頭又夠粉~蓮蓉壽桃包($16),少少粉紅色,靚。皮薄餡多~

今晚沒有訂位,就到皇室堡試試這一間,之前在這裏參加婚宴,食物及招呼也可以,不用等太久就可以入座。點了五個小菜,有炸雞,蝦球,黑椒牛仔骨,百合炒素菜,XO醬海參。炸雞是最美味的,價錢又平,大概$110多元一隻,皮脆,肉鮮嫩。黑椒牛仔骨,味道太鹹,牛肉是經處理過,不韌。海參不夠入味,有些軟,有些硬。蝦球及其醬汁也美味,伴碟的西蘭花可以再煮軟一點。百合素菜沒有什麼特別,是正常的味道。這裏的餸菜,份量夠,價錢也不貴,但服務就視乎那一個員工而定,有些十分有禮貌,勤快,有一些叫他們也視作看不見。我們跟其中有一個不知是否經理的高瘦男性叫飯,順帶提一提他說飯要熱的(因我們試過在其他酒樓吃的不夠熱),他竟然答「我們是沒有不熱的飯」,我也不知這是否沒有禮貌,但感覺是有點串,其實只要簡單的答好呀,顧客就已滿意。

黑椒牛仔骨,味道太鹹,牛肉是經處理過,不韌。

海參不夠入味,有些軟,有些硬。

蝦球及其醬汁也美味,伴碟的西蘭花可以再煮軟一點。

百合素菜沒有什麼特別,是正常的味道。
