101123 星期二 | 爸爸跟友人外出旅遊,這幾天要抽多點時間陪媽媽了,今天就跟媽媽到彩福皇宴飲早茶,早晨優惠點心選擇頗多,就點了個風味碗仔翅、招牌布拉腸和山竹牛肉球,另外要了個頂點竹笙菌皇灌湯餃。風味碗仔翅 ($6.8),無咩特別風味,都係一般杰撻撻的碗仔翅,材料都幾多,味道OK。招牌布拉腸 ($7.8),稱之為招牌,應該有些過人之處,但係又唔覺得特別滑或者特別好味,都係一般水準吧。山竹牛肉球 ($7),又一一般水準之作,睇嚟優惠點心都不能有甚麼期望了。竹笙菌皇灌湯餃 ($32.5),滿以為這個頂點會有些超水準的地方,可惜係無,重好唔抵食,竹笙只得一件,冬菇一件,灌湯餃裡是有些菇類碎粒粒,但看不出是甚麼菌皇啊。茶位每人$5,埋單要$71。點心的水準實在很普通,跟晚飯小菜有點距離。

官塘呢間彩福,聽聞食物ok抵食, 所以星期日一大班人去試, 原本仲打算中秋節訂幾圍酒席...., 先說食物質素, 點心整體尚算可以, 不過職人手唔多夠, 要添茶, 落order, 到最後埋單, 次次都要花十分鐘以上..., 不過心諗晚飯無茶市咁繁忙, 可能會好d, 於是埋單後就出門口搵下宴會部傾下訂酒席事宜, 不過唔見有宴會部, 唯有同門口派緊位果位女知客問下啦, 點知行埋去同佢講左好多次"唔該", 果位知客依然唔理我地,好似完全聽唔到咁,繼續黑口黑面地派飛,之後佢仲好不滿咁瞄左我一眼, 我同其他人唯有搵部長啦, 搵到一位部長表示想訂晚飯酒席, 部長都係同果位知客講, 叫佢幫我地訂枱, 咁我地咪企係度等佢幫我地啦, 點知等左成分鐘, 果個女知客依然繼續佢黑口黑面地派飛, 完任冇理我地, 我再問左聲"請問可以幫我地訂枱未?", 佢依然唔揪唔睬, 咁既情況真係令人火滾!!!於是我同屋企人話: "人地都唔理我地, 走啦, 不如去第二間訂好過啦!" 點知果位知客至好悔氣地話:而家咪同你訂囉!,原來佢對客態度係鐘意就答你唔鐘意就當聽唔到! 咁"好"既服務態度叫人點幫襯, 尤其是仲話係婚宴專門店?

昨晚(星期六)到彩福皇宴開餐,一行五人,約7點到達,無需等候,即時有位。經過一論桌上會議,決定以下餐單:冷盤醬油牛柏葉,幾有口感,不太腍又不太韌,但那個醬油鹹了些,不好味道,不蘸醬油又淡戊戊。主菜魚湯鮮竹浸菜苗,清清地,好味、有益又健康,值得推介。蒜片牛柳粒,都幾鬆化,只是鹹了些。京葱珍菌花膠帶子,分量不錯,味道一般,賣相則差矣。生炆星班頭腩,是整個鍋上,當侍應打開個蓋,熱氣冒出,好有新鮮滾熱辣feel,感覺很好,不過味道跟京葱珍菌花膠帶子差不多,都是類似豉油皇炒甚麼的味道。甜品椰皇燉燕窩,order了兩個,五個人分享,很滿足。埋單時,每人還可享用一碗免費的紅豆沙,實在太滿足啦。最後要提提那個餐前小吃(忘了拍照),是菠蘿粒、番石榴粒和車厘茄,甜甜酸酸,開胃又好味,有別於其他食肆的花生菜頭,值得一讚,但承惠$20。

醬油牛柏葉,幾有口感,不太腍又不太韌,但那個醬油鹹了些,不好味道,不蘸醬油又淡戊戊。

主菜
魚湯鮮竹浸菜苗,清清地,好味、有益又健康,值得推介。
蒜片牛柳粒,都幾鬆化,只是鹹了些。
京葱珍菌花膠帶子,分量不錯,味道一般,賣相則差矣。
生炆星班頭腩,是整個鍋上,當侍應打開個蓋,熱氣冒出,好有新鮮滾熱辣feel,感覺很好,不過味道跟京葱珍菌花膠帶子差不多,都是類似豉油皇炒甚麼的味道。

甜品
椰皇燉燕窩,order了兩個,五個人分享,很滿足


埋單時,每人還可享用一碗免費的紅豆沙,實在太滿足啦


最後要提提那個餐前小吃(忘了拍照),是菠蘿粒、番石榴粒和車厘茄,甜甜酸酸,開胃又好味,有別於其他食肆的花生菜頭,值得一讚,但承惠$20。

來到觀塘彩福先發現, 原來唔同分店o既點心係有少少分別的!
例如旺角有酥皮叉燒包, 觀塘有雪山叉燒包, 即係墨西哥包o既皮
都好味o既, 但係冇酥皮咁脆咁好味!

因為旺角個錦卥雲吞實在太好味! 所以o黎到照叫, 不過依度做得好似冇旺角咁好味, 但係個汁依然係very good!

黑魚子燒賣 & 蝦餃, 全部都好大粒
同叉燒腸粉一樣, 味道方面是好吃的, 但沒有太大驚喜

我地仲叫左籠牛肉球, 依個好好味喎, 但係gip汁如果多d就更perfect哪!

埋單$143, 兩個人o黎講有少少貴, 不過都係可以接受o既範圍

總括o黎講, 食物味道好, 招呼都唔錯! 不過如果多d款式會更好呀~

阿媽話鱷魚恤大廈開咗幾間新茶樓想試下,見放假又去試下囉。上星期試過間百樂門,海蜇燻蹄好似都ok,但啲點心就又貴又麻麻地,啲侍應又唔so你,無第二次囉。今次又上openrice睇睇,有人介紹彩福,就上去試一試。啲侍應哥哥姐姐好專業親切,招呼周到又唔過份熱情,好過百樂門啲人,係百樂門我以為我係伙記。蜜汁叉燒飯舊叉燒又香又稔甜,唔太肥唔嚡,上佳之作。但碗飯偏爛pat pat,爭啲。雪山叉燒包香軟好味,不過我叫個碟應該唔係啱啱焗好個批,唔係應該重正。但成$7.7一件,好似唔太值。胡椒鹹菜豬肚唔夠胡椒香,賣相靚但唔係熱辣辣囉!可能就咁butt上煲就算。懷舊豬脚薑比較差,啲豬腳超肥,一啲都唔似係醋到煲過咁,似霎熟放入薑醋浸下染色就算咁,呢尾點心算幾差。醬香牛蹄筋煙靭,味道一般,醬汁唔夠惹味。彩福蝦餃皇餡料鮮甜蝦爽,但個皮偏粉擂擂,唔煙靭,敗筆之作。擂沙湯丸煙靭香口,如花生碎有少許花生粒有趙頭更好。潮州蒸粉果個皮反而晶瑩通透煙靱,餡料較多雪菜,幾好味。四個人食了$266我覺得偏貴,工廠區嘅朋友想話多啲歎下茶都唔係咁化算。

年初三...下午揾屋企人去飲茶~原來觀塘鱷魚恤中心開左好多間酒樓~一於試下啦~由於新年,所以都知道一定係飲貴茶架啦~不過無所謂啦,難得新年有假放嗎!!一去到大堂就見到人龍啦,要排隊上去~本身打算去3樓...但要等10張枱...所以我咪落彩福睇睇囉~都係一樣要等咁多張呀~但最後都係飲呢間!今日飲茶比平時假日還要貴,好似小點要$13,中點要$17,大點要$21,茶錢每個$8...叫了3個椰皇燉燕窩,因為屋企人好鍾意食,都幾貴,$28一個,出面食都係十幾蚊,不過好好食~新鮮,而且好重椰子味..好潤潮州粉果,真的皮薄餡靚山竹牛肉,牛肉彈牙,不過特別一個牛肉球多蔥d~菜肉生煎包,包裡面好多汁,令到個包有d淋~煎得夠香口!牛雜煲,味道較清,份量ok,不過唔知點解有幾塊豬皮酒樓地方不大,服務不錯,食物夠新鮮~

菜肉生煎包,包裡面好多汁,令到個包有d淋~煎得夠香口!

牛雜煲,味道較清,份量ok,不過唔知點解有幾塊豬皮

酒樓地方不大,服務不錯,食物夠新鮮~

又到本樓的聚會時候, 地點選擇了彩福. 一聽到朋友話去彩福食, 好自然聯想到係食中菜, 但佢話唔係, 係食燒烤. 咁即係可以在觀塘市區食燒雞奕, 豬扒, 牛扒香腸啦........因為最早放工, 攞埋蛋糕就單人匹馬上去先, 環境是露天, ( !! 當日大風加上有時有點毛毛細雨, 真係幾凍!!!!), 但估唔到佢有支好似燈柱的物體, 是火把黎的, 咁先有番d暖意. 枱上還有雨傘, 今餐飯唔駛在雨中進行啦. 食物算係咁啦, 燒的食物都好難唔好味既, 環境再加上兩位部長, 以及其他人的服務(本來無人黎收碟, 但叫了一次之後就有位人兄專門收我地枱面的碟) , 就算我唔黎BBQ (等天氣好番D先
), 都會黎飲茶啦.
