呢間係我近呢幾年食過劣到要我寫食評既店今晚去將軍澳廣場配眼鏡,但廣場無咩好野食,所以上黎openrice搵下附近有咩食啦,一搵呢間名列前茅,百幾個,得幾個,天氣又凍凍地所以即刻book位去到即點招牌黃金花膠雞(半隻$198)一攞到黎,睇多次係咪點錯乳鴿,當時心諗好食就算啦,點知個阿姐,鑊都未熱就落油、薑、蒜、未爆香就落果堆話有半隻份量既雞雞,兜幾下,就落湯,蓋一蓋滾起就話飲得(下?咁阿媽平時煲既雞湯何苦要煲咁耐)我地點左野食(但因當時太餓,無影相,詳細請睇圖片)但全部伏野,無一幸免,但諗住食得落肚無怪味就算啦,點知果盆牛魔王($298)啲滑牛瘀瘀黑黑,問侍應佢話解左凍係咁,之後走左.....成盆牛魔王只有街市質素肥牛係叫食得落肚,其他全部唔食得,四個人埋單$12xx,真係不可一不可再,同埋我終於相信,原來真係唔可以盡信,以後會睇清睇楚睇多啲內容先敢試

現在天氣凍,食火鍋最適合不過,今日來到將軍澳帝景灣商場,見到一間餐廳彩興來來火鍋,餐廳裝修雅緻,看入去見到有很多人正在打邊爐,就被那熱氣腾腾的火鍋吸引住了。餐廳火鍋特色是即叫即煮,鍋底有多款,有招牌家鄉鴨煲,彩興鮮鲩魚湯,黃金雞湯...等。黃金雞湯$198我們要了黃金雞湯,有半隻雞,還有花膠及淮山。侍應在我們面前親自即場製作,雞肉大大件且嫩滑啖啖肉。還有花膠及蟲草,花膠軟滑有膠質,非常正。淮山绵中带腍,吸收湯底很好味。廣島蠔$118廣島蠔很大隻,隻隻脹卜卜,肥嘟嘟,口感軟滑,蠔味頗濃。美國肥牛$98美國肥牛摆設得就像一座美麗的肥牛小山丘,㸃上自行調製的辣酱汁,牛味頗濃,真是令人回味。唐蒿$38食火鍋,我很喜愛唐蒿,腍中带㸃爽,暖胃又有菜味。稻庭烏冬$28食火鍋少不了的,還有這個稻庭烏冬,尽吸湯底的美味与精華。
