今日到旺角缽蘭街食午餐,果間餐廳啲擺設同餐具好特別,全部以中國國藝變臉為主題,讓人耳目一新。雖然地方小小,但都唔影響我對呢間鋪頭啲好印象。每次去川菜館,我都會點份水煮魚,因為水煮魚係我嘅最愛。因為友人唔食骨,我就點左水煮桂花魚。桂花魚肉質鮮美,口感香滑。配料有青瓜土豆片豆芽等,辣味因為有花椒,所以又香又辣,好易下飯!第二道菜叫左水煮田雞,友人喜歡食田雞,覺得田雞肉質好軟,好易食乾淨,又加埋有辣椒加成,成份田雞好好味!!雖然兩份餐分量唔係好多,但係都夠食,而且價錢都唔貴,好抵食!!鐘意川菜嘅朋友可以去嘗試!!
