元貝大隻鮮甜,仲有好多蒜蓉粉絲鋪係面,蒜蓉粉絲的份量真是超多,醬油都比較多 偏鹹了一點,不過整體味道不錯👍🏻


#古法椒鹽鮑魚
好少會將鮑魚椒鹽,尼種煮法我都係第一次食,好有驚喜。椒鹽味道好濃厚,鮑魚外表酥酥脆脆,鮑魚亦非常彈牙,真係好好食!


#椒鹽賴尿蝦
不知道係咪蝦本身就好細隻,全記的造法是斬開一半去煮,味道好香口而且走油走得好好唔會過分油膩,可惜蝦肉好似縮左水,真的少得可憐,可以唔洗試!

天時暑熱納悶在家,老公提議開車去西貢遊車河,到埗後見不到太多狗狗, 人就很多。由於天氣實在太熱, 行了一陣已汗流浹背, 街上有很多酒樓職員四處派單張, 老公見到每位$298就叫好抵食, 反正可涼涼冷氣, 飲下茶就去全記坐低。 二人海鮮餐每位$298(全包價), 表內所列的海鮮小菜任選四款。芝士龍蝦伊麵~ 一切正常但龍蝦的鉗卻不翼而飛,侍應解釋說套餐龍蝦是沒有鉗的,我再睇菜單,的確沒有註明是完整龍蝦,只有無奈😓薑蔥炒蟹~ 味道可以,但隻蟹細得可憐,肉質鬆散似不太新鮮😑椒鹽墨魚~ 炸粉太厚,又無味道😟蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝~呢個最正常,好味道😋蠔油生菜~ 正常😅知道而家生意難做, 但應該可以做好啲,西貢多做遊客生意,希望香港人一齊努力振興旅遊業。

難得友人駕車請去西貢食飯沒有目標地逛海鮮餐廳見阿姐姐好落力派傳單又拉客姑且揀呢間大大個米芝蓮推介圖二人餐似乎幾抵食此餐可揀四個餸再加油菜但來到後發現份量都幾少椒鹽墨魚同泡蝦球都好一般龍蝦亦比較細但呢個價錢唔可能太高要求吧始終係海鮮餐廳當然要食海鮮鮮元貝唔錯既不過二人餐始終唔夠二人食再額外叫了聖子如果聖子再肥美點就更好總括而言不過不失啦但米芝蓮推介就過譽了

看我這個評分便知個大概,雖然豉椒幾入味,聖子同花甲肉都大隻有咬口
可惜肉和甲完全分離,特別是花甲,基本我們都是從碟底去找肉
同事打開一隻緊閉的甲,入面竟然是吉的,令人懷疑花甲肉究竟從何而來

這道菜是我全晚最期待也最失望的一道菜
要我用一句形容的話,我只想到"妹仔大過主人婆"這句說話

平時我出外食的都是全隻瀨尿蝦,全記的造法是斬開一半的
每人習慣不同,所以對我來說也可以的
可是蝦肉真的少得可憐,不知是縮水了還是蝦本身就很細隻
也是沒有驚喜的一道菜

5)清蒸魚 3/5
很大條,魚肉鮮嫩滑口,可惜魚汁太淡,浪費了整條魚

最後附上收據,價錢是我吃過咁多間海鮮以來最便宜的
不過相對來說,質素也是…….
總結就是風儉由人,若果突然心血來潮想食海鮮,又不想太貴的話

今日是母親節正日,首先祝各位母親節快樂🎉昨天提前為母親慶祝母親節,選擇了西貢全記,我們一行五個大人,一位四歲小朋友。預訂了七點。由於怕當日塞車,所以提前六點開車到達上址,想把蛋糕先放酒樓,然後行一陣但服務員好像有點不耐煩。當日海鮮選購了一隻兩斤龍蝦($1000連加工),五隻鮑魚($400連加工),兩隻賴尿蝦($400連加工不建議),小菜選購了:豆腐,生炒骨,通菜,埋單$2400,價錢尚可接受,但份量就小一些,服務態度一般(可能母親節太忙)!
