農曆年後,有好幾個月沒有到竹園飲茶!今日有點掛住。。。地方跟舊式酒樓沒兩樣,裝修較舊!點心即叫即蒸,點心選擇還可以。對這裡的藥膳鳳爪情有獨鍾,一般藥膳鳳爪,是藥材湯跟雞腳一起煲至腍,連湯同食!而竹園這藥膳鳳爪是凍食的。一上枱便聞到北芪獨有味道,夠凍入味,口感爽脆滋味非常!相信同白雲鳳爪做法差不多,用冰水把雞腳浸至爽身,浸料換上北芪,黨參等藥材上湯!(舊年疫情期間試過有兩,三次味道一般,今次味道回歸了👏👏👏🤗)乾蒸牛肉現在不是很多酒樓有的,牛肉質感有彈性滑口,有牛肉味。。配喼汁非常夾🤗鹽水浸時菜,蝦餃,魚翅帶子餃各兩粒$62油鹽水浸油麥菜,略嫌多油。。菜保持翠綠,烹調時間剛好。。。喜愛幼幼薑絲和大頭菜絲蝦餃皮摺數或許未夠13摺😆,皮較厚,餡料蝦算爽口,可惜無筍丁!魚翅帶子餃做型和味道可以,皮薄!叉燒飽餡料同味道一般咖哩魷魚,味道尚可,帶點咖哩香,配烏冬底較特別,烏冬吸滿咖哩汁,可惜太腍身!最後到情意結曲奇蛋撻😆😆😆,每次來總會叫的。。不是超班好味道,只是本人喜愛,牛油皮略脆餡夠蛋香不太甜😋最後有紅荳沙或馬蹄露兩款糖水送,紅荳沙今日味道稍遜較稀,往時紅荳沙雖然是送的,但有驚喜,起沙之餘還有陳皮香,絕不輸蝕給甜品店!價錢不算貴竹園食物水準還能保持,服務可以,已光顧很多年了!當年姐姐在附近工作,會帶我們在竹園食午餐,可以講是集體回憶其中一部分😊🥰!所以對竹園總有點情意結的,隔一段時間如想飲茶會想起佢。。。感恩姐姐經常請食飯啊🙏🤗😆😆! continue reading

竹園海鮮飯店,位於尖沙咀漢口道,位置極方便,相信過往一定有大量遊客慕名而來。疫情暫緩,一家十二口就選定於尖沙咀分店,開年晚飯。四人限聚,分為三座,餐廳有二人起計海鮮套餐就更方便。選擇$480一位的龍蝦海鮮套餐為基本,每座更因應需要再添加菜式。龍蝦海鮮套餐有潮州魚翅,湯底太杰身,溫度尚可,但味道偏咸。再來蒜片和牛粒,更咸。之後的西蘭花帶子,上湯龍蝦及芝士龍蝦,每一度菜式都是味道偏咸,但當整晚的菜式都是味道偏咸,就確實無法接受。唯一沒有問題的,是不需要額外調味的蒸魚。可幸追加的炸蟹鉗味道,反而是可以接受。鄰座家人追加的生炒糯米飯更加是不能接受,一團糯米飯非飯粒分明,味道當然亦一樣偏咸。餐廳員工,傳菜,經理等等整晚都能夠聽到,好咸好咸好咸,我們亦因應味道太咸而點了汽水以沖解咸度,但可惜沒有任何改善,服務真的無法接受。總結來說是失望而回,只此一次,不會再來。 continue reading

早排朋友約食飯去到佢主場竹園,由朋友發板。當時知道港x執笠消息,諗起當年空姐夢。十年後,我地各有發展,而當年吹哨人,至今貴為老闆級,揸住馬仔車匙,令人不禁慨嘆「塞翁失馬焉知非福」「不要站在今天去看一年後的自己一年有無限可能性一年後你可能很快樂」講返竹園,之前都覺得好食,今次食埋飽魚花膠更加impress鮑魚好大隻,軟糯溏心,切落去都粘住把刀,如果唔係宴客兩個人share 一隻都夠花膠公真係好正,成1cm厚又粘口,厚身粘口,加上鮑汁撈麵更加正臘味飯好香,飯粒分明,臘味既味道香得黎又唔會死咸,冬天食一流蟹粉爬豆苗,金黃蟹粉鮮味加埋豆苗好好食蒸 _ 班,事隔多日我都唔記得(如果估到話返我知😂)一條新鮮魚蒸得啱啱好,係竹園水準之前食過豉油雞都好出色,即叫即浸,又滑又香豉油味竹園海鮮飯店當年想去做空姐周遊列國,但最後發現一啲都唔適合,真係冥冥中自有主宰 continue reading
