早排朋友約食飯去到佢主場竹園,由朋友發板。當時知道港x執笠消息,諗起當年空姐夢。十年後,我地各有發展,而當年吹哨人,至今貴為老闆級,揸住馬仔車匙,令人不禁慨嘆「塞翁失馬焉知非福」「不要站在今天去看一年後的自己一年有無限可能性一年後你可能很快樂」講返竹園,之前都覺得好食,今次食埋飽魚花膠更加impress鮑魚好大隻,軟糯溏心,切落去都粘住把刀,如果唔係宴客兩個人share 一隻都夠花膠公真係好正,成1cm厚又粘口,厚身粘口,加上鮑汁撈麵更加正臘味飯好香,飯粒分明,臘味既味道香得黎又唔會死咸,冬天食一流蟹粉爬豆苗,金黃蟹粉鮮味加埋豆苗好好食蒸 _ 班,事隔多日我都唔記得(如果估到話返我知😂)一條新鮮魚蒸得啱啱好,係竹園水準之前食過豉油雞都好出色,即叫即浸,又滑又香豉油味竹園海鮮飯店當年想去做空姐周遊列國,但最後發現一啲都唔適合,真係冥冥中自有主宰
