今天天气真的好好,吃到了一家开在菜市场里面的大排档,环境很有大排档的氛围,来吃的都是香港本地人,所以我们就放心的点了三道菜+一份主食。渔村小炒王:他家招牌菜,里面有韭菜和鱿鱼干,韭菜味很淡,吃起来清脆爽口,即使干了半盘也没有很重的味道,还蛮意外的。塘厦芋泥禄鹅:喜欢吃芋泥鸭的人一定也会喜欢吃这款,肥而不油腻的鹅肉下面是丝滑的芋泥,两种口感在嘴里达到最佳平衡。邪恶鹅油什捞面:鹅油和内脏做的拌面,对我来说有点咸,但是朋友说刚刚好,不油而且面很劲道,即使有点重口但还是很想吃。脆皮炸大肠:第一次吃炸大肠,很惊喜,没有想象的油,也没有那么难咀嚼,可能还是火候恰到好处吧,配上蜂蜜芥末酱或者是甜面酱,真好吃!

至於佢個招牌四寶餃,分別有韭菜餃、鮮蝦雲吞、松露蟹餃、雙黃魚餃,每種餃都有佢嘅特色,而且皮薄餡靚,餡料新鮮豐滿,食過返尋味。另外,佢個牛頸脊都好有牛味,蝦籽蝦滑亦都好新鮮。

而令我最驚喜嘅分別就係個台灣血紅同小籠包!一直我都唔係太鍾意食血紅,成日嫌佢麻煩一夾就散,又驚好腥,但呢度啲血紅竟然係有咬口的,好有口感,食完一舊又一舊。而我亦都未試過用小籠包去打邊爐,冇諗過個效果可以咁正!


呢度完全係一間臥虎藏龍嘅高質台式火鍋店,好值得大家一試☺️☺️👍🏻
