之前也有去其他街市里,但是第一次来到柴湾这边。整层楼好像都是属于竹园旗下的,但是吃火锅🍲的那家是最热闹的。我们点的这份是冬阴功花甲乳猪海鲜煲,真的很大一锅。需要等他慢慢的煮,然后慢慢的将上面的料压下去。油条真的量很大,沾满冬阴功的汤汁真的很好味😋乳猪有一点点咸,应该是提前腌过的。玉米也很甜~里面还有花甲,蛤蜊,白菜,虾🦐,冬瓜等,总的来说还是推荐大家去尝试的~看到别的桌也有点一些小炒菜,看起来也很有锅气!

今日朋友生日,想食下地道小炒菜式,所以帶左佢去柴灣竹園台式火鍋大吃一餐。香妃雞:雞肉肉質鮮嫩,食落雞味濃郁,皮與肉唔會會有太多肥膏,加上係新鮮嫩雞,所以食落十分鮮滑。黃金麥片炒蝦球:用上新鮮大蝦所炒製,食落蝦肉鮮滑,加上用上咸蛋黃所炒作,食落咸咸香香,實在係送酒必叫既食品。煎粟米墨魚餅:聽老細講係每日人手用新鮮墨魚打成既墨魚膠煎製而成,所以食落十分彈牙,加上黃金粟米,兩者配合得十分美輪美奐,實在係必食推介。大盤花菜:用上麻辣去炒既椰菜花,食落麻味十足,加上用了美極去炒,食落咸麻兩者在口中交替,真係十分惹味。總括來說,竹園台式火鍋實在係性價比十足,價錢均等,食材優秀,加上地方闊落,實在係同三五知己必到既小菜飯店。
