To take it up a notch, drizzle it with a generous serving of silky, thick dark soy sauce and have a mouthful. I am sure you would agree that the sweet soy sauce makes up a perfect condiment to go with the dish.

Moreover, a decent portion of Hainanese chicken rice plus a bowl of broth and a cup of tea or coffee only cost 50 Hong Kong dollars. No wonder it has become one of the daily meal choices of locals.

個海南雞真心推介,近幾年都有好專食海南雞,但都無佢咁正!雞身本身超滑!雞皮陣油香無得頂!食到停唔到!早知叫一隻!
